On the ketogenic diet, the skin is actually very healthy once they are not cooked in seed oils😁. I am on the keto/ carnivore diet and I eat lots of meat cooked in either lard or grass-fed finished butter. Meat is great and I am losing weight🙂. 🙂Great video!
