Someday, a sidemount BCD manufacturer will produce one with leg loops INSTEAD of the stupid crotch strap. Perhaps a very small population of divers is concerned that leg loops MIGHT cause a snag problem. Instead of experimenting with both leg loops and crotch strap and REALIZING that the snag probability is extremely small with leg loops, ALL sidemount divers MUST use an inferior crotch strap. I’m over it. I’m not paying a ton of money for a stupid crotch strap!! /rant off
The 4 internal webbing loops are designed to mount the kiss sidewinder mccr. The katana 2 was designed to work with the sidewinder from the ground up.
