- A compilation of classic sketches from the 10 series of "Alas Smith & Jones" and "Smith & Jones". Includes the classic Madonna "Brogues" spoof and the Patricia Routledge post office robbery sketch*.
*Look out for a young Robert Llewellyn (of Scrapheap Challenge / Red Dwarf fame) lurking in the background of that sketch. - บันเทิง
every time i'm just charmed by the antiques roadshow sketch
Always loved this pairing of British comedic talents.. whatever the show.. 'Funny' thing, though.. Not sure if I never actually saw [very much] of this particular series, or just forgot about it over time.. (I'm now one of them '60s' lot, lol).. Anyway, t'was great to see something by Smith & Jones that - at least SEEMED - like I was watching it for the very first time!!... 🎭😆💙
I love Smith and Jones, greets from germany!
Yeah thanks for posting these ,it's great to see them again.
these guys were so funny and cool
Thanks for posting...here in 2021.....thanks for the music info......just what I was looking for!
The pair of pollocks sketch is the best
I can’t believe they’re doing antiques roadshow. How bloomin’ long has that show been going? I been watching these two since the early 80’s but never knew what that show was until TH-cam came along.
Ah, when comedy was actually funny.
Super! Thanks!
✌️🤠💥🌟

my favourite sketch @ 21:12
7:47 - Seems like the three kicked the bouquet.
That's a good one 😂
I think they cut a bit out on the 2nd 'Beware of dog' skit. I seem to recall the sign read 'Beware of bog' that time.
Yes. I just finished watching the complete series. Part 2 was ”Beware the bog”. And there was a part 3 as well in the same show.
Best one is 20:51 just over/under alright 😂
Is that Hyacinth Bucket ??
It's bookay :}
LoL
Hyacinth Bucket = One of the most annoying characters on TV.
@@danielwilliamson6180 Did she invite you to her candlelight supper as well?!!
@@pramitmitra Hell no! She's fictional.
6:40 oh god, not her again!
5:12 LOL

12:32 LOL
Classic BBC comedy.
And here I just discarded all my old newspapers... I am now out of 4-7 pounds for the 200 kilos... Argh!
16:24 is that The Great Raymondo?
6;45 Probably said before but is this an early Mrs bucket ?
As they said after the sketch - thanks to Patricia Routledge (Mrs Bucket).
Nosey git great
Kryten
This ishow TV should be
Inspector Frost at 2:08?
Mrs Bucket
What's kryten doing robbing a post office
I thought that was Robert Llewellyn.
With Hyacinth Bucket in the queue
Video ruined by commercials.
I always hated the contant organ music throughout the sketches in the last few series of this show, just annoyed me.
that was a long intro
"Beware of the Dog". WRONG !!!
"Beware" means "be wary of", so it's sufficient, and correct to say, "Beware the Dog". "Be Wary of the Dog" is the other correct alternative.
I suggest that Beware simply means 'be aware'. Hence, beware of the dog is correct. And perhaps both you and I should Get A Life!
@@renard801 "Wary" and "aware" are unrelated concepts. "Aware" is related to perception and knowledge. "Wary" incorporates the notion of "caution".
‘Beware of the dog’ is correct English. You can’t reason with language.
@@Awibrahor ....or with people limited by their ignorance
Blast from the past! Hoorah found full version of "brogues" at 23. 24 minutes a spoof of Madonna's vogue number..I'm the blond!!!!
Great Gaby. You look great in it.
Thanks Marjorie
Loved it. You look gorgeous...better than Madonna! I love the "meat recovery" sketches. These guys were a scream. Thanks for posting.
CutZy McCall chuckling at your comparison!! Thanks, glad you like it
Gaby Valenti Did you do a lot of performing/acting/comedy?
