In Congo some province are free and safe so please tell me again why are this people here. Plus how many safe countries they passed to get here..... You can't say because there's tensions in KZN then instead of moving to western cape you decide to move to Nigeria, does that make any sense to you
Honestly, this kind of setting up a camp on a pavement in a capital city for 1 yr will not be tolerated in any other African country! The city of Tshwane has been tolerant and patient with this group of refugees!
