Nice result on that stormwater job, Gavin! Been looking forward to a "Doran Plumbing and Wildlife" edition!
Thanks 👍
I thought it was going to be so much harder since the other plumbers couldn’t do it but you made it look easy. Go penetrator Gavin you are great.
Thank you 😊
Biggest difference between you and those others: You'll actually show up and try and do your best (and usually fix it), instead of quitting on the customer.
Thanks 👍
Your 'Junk Pile' is Oli's 'Tidy' lol. Another great vid Gav, thanks.
It sure is
Your junk pile is still tidier than Ollie's van. I'm amazed every time he reaches in and grabs what he's after on the first go.
Haha he still knows where to find everything
Ollie's van is organised caos, which is the best type of caos 😊
He chucks things around so much too.
Gavin you did an awesome job! Those other plumbers did not want to take the time to dig all that up, you on the other hand don't mind getting the job done right! Love this video!
Thanks 👍
Your very welcome Gavin! @@penetratorblockeddrains
Guess what toads, it's moving day!
You were spot on getting the lady to shut her window!!!!!!!👍🏼
Hahaha
Great job Gavin, put those other two plumbers to shame, you do great work, cheers 🍻 mate
Thanks 👍
A good balance of discovery, clearance and fixing. Thank you for a great video. From the UK
Thank you 👍
Well done Gavin, I hope Katrina was walking on sunshine when you told her the good news. I see "Bodgett & Scarper" were the plumbers at some point in the past. Great repair, and customer service. Thanks for posting, regards to you and the family 👍
Thanks for watching!
As a home (very) handyman, I enjoyed seeing the plumbing puzzle pieces coming together. It's as much art combined with skill and experience combining the PVC pieces and connections eh? Nice work budroe (an American term of endearment ;-))
Glad you enjoyed it
Aww Brilliant Gavin😇👍🏆❤ you have made that Lady very happy, and reassured her that not all plumbers are 🤠 I was lol when you evicted 🐸🐸🐸 I heard them muttering under their breath "it's the PENETRATOR Run"😂🤣😂 ❤
Haha 😝
A Other Plumber have this Block not can make.! The Drain old and crumply. To first You clear from Roots. The next Day repair You the Drain! Good Work.. Greeting from Austria
8:53 That looks like, what we use in the USA for a clothes dryer exhaust hose. It doesn't look like a pipe at all. Maybe that's the problem. 🤔😮 It looks like a homeowner do it yourself installation. 😲
I feel bad for laughing but I couldn't help it when all of those toads came out of the pipe. They just looked so disgruntled about being displaced from the cool spot they found. 😂🤣😂
I just finished watching Drain addict and get a noti. Both of you do an awesome job
Awesome! Thank you!
Silly toads, these are ratty's pipes. No toads allowed
more cheap pipe. looks like a dryer duct.
Faith in Plumbers restored thanks to you :)
Well, the plumbers we follow at least! 😄
Thanks and cheers
Your tool store is starting to look like Ollie's!
Having seen the problems of the 90 degree bend - I now do things a little different in my yard drainage - 2 x 45 degree so the bend will be easier to get around if I ever need to jet my the lines (low and no slope so accumulate mud etc) - I also have a jetting attachment for my pressure washer. Not quite the 5000 psi but does the job.
Cool, thanks
Beautiful pipe work Gavin!
Thank you! Cheers!
Your truck is no different than anyone else ,we all have a junk drawer ,you have a section were you need to put your junk lol 😅😅 ,great video as usual ,
Mud & roots !!
Superb video Gavin, by the colour of the water the drains been blocked for a very long time but the customer called the right guy 💪👍
Always watching from Panama City Florida, USA. 🇺🇸🦅
🐸🐸⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So funny to see the fat frogs jumping out of the drain 😂 great job 👌
A scorcher of a day, I’m not jealous at all Gavin, in bed quite cold and got to tackle town tomorrow and it’s -3 C. I’m in northern England.
I hate winter, I used to say if I was rich I’d move country to country avoiding the cold weather, but my ex is American, I’ve spent way too many hours on squished sardine cans in the sky 😂 I don’t exactly remember how far a flight is direct uk to Australia…but I know it’s way too long for me 😂
Good job!! Gluing pvc can be tricky. I like to use 45's vs 90's came out pretty good!
A Gavin still working hard i see, I'm in Brisbane for the next 3 months. Never no mite get to meet you, 👍👍👍👍

Howdy, Enjoy your vid's Long time listener, first time caller The starting of your engine bugs me, , , , ,
I believe it's your "float level" in your carburetor. It's harder for the fuel to get sucked out of the bowl when it's lower, causing long starts
If it was fuel injected, it would fire-up almost immediately. (double negative?) If it is? You have more problems
ty, les
Why do people keep installing such flimsy thin pipe? Plop cheapy junk in, sell the house and let the next person deal with all the costs of replacing it, I guess...
weren't those Can Toads?
and i thought you were suppose to kill them because there an evasive species there in Australia.
You’re honest a d use the common sense approach, we wouldn’t go see a neurologist for a headache before we’d train pain killers. Unfortunately some tradespeople like to do the most expensive thing they can and scam customers.
I know it’s tropical in Brisie but I’m still amazed at the hardware attached to houses and open to the elements and what people leave outside. 🇬🇧🇦🇺
Why don't they just call Gavin? A lot simpler than having someone else tell her what comes out of the south end of a bull facing north. No foolishness and you speak the truth.
I went to Ballarat around 12 years ago and tried my hand at goldpanning in the artificial stream they've got set up there. All I can say is that panning for gold in the hot sun with a face full of flies and other critters was bloody hard work. Best stick to plumbing.
You were having far too much fun playing with your Lego! Lol
Like I commented to Ollie, why don't you use the jetter and lance gun to dig up pipe in hard ground? There are locator services here in the US that use a jetter and a vacuum truck to dig down to underground utilities after locators mark them so contractors know exactly where they are.
They don't have 811 like we do in the states, they gotta pay which is why you see him hand dig a lot. This vac truck excavators are BIG $$$$!
You’re never paying a vaccine truck for that.
I’ve only used one, once before. Next time I use one I will make a video.
@@penetratorblockeddrains Do they deliver vaccine in trucks?😉 You don't need a vacuum truck just to use the jetter to cut the dirt in a small shallow area. It looks like the utilities are very shallow there in most places. Where I live, anything to do with water will be at least 4 feet deep and many places over 8 feet to avoid freezing in the winter so a vacuum truck is used because of the volume of dirt that has to be removed.
Your truck is starting to look like your competitors truck which I won't mention his name
Don't let Mrs P read this hahaha...
Excellent job as usual, Gavin. I don’t know why people just don’t call you first. It would save on frustration I would think😉. Cheers🇨🇦❤️
I don’t understand why they don’t call me first either lol
A fabulous method today with the underlying piping. It took a while, but it looks fine! Enjoy your weekend, and see you on the next. Cheers Gavin! 🇦🇺👍🙂🇺🇸
Thank you! You too!
I enjoyed watching the repair after the drain clearing. Keep up the great work. Love your videos
Thanks 👍
Do only do drain’s pipe work etc or do you also do common plumbing jobs like sort dripping taps, or other internal leaks? Just nosey that’s all😂
I do some general maintenance local but drain related stuff all over Brisbane
Who hangs clothing outside when you have someone working in your yard?? As well as all the other stuff in harms way - Duh!
Where is your toad?
🐸 Been having a spell
Mr. P u did a great job of clearing, repairing the customer drain for a happy customer. Right o si u on the next one 👍👍👍👍👍

They keep us busy lol
Wow! You do some really fine work, Mate! 👍🏼

ROOOOOTTTSSS!! Yeah!
Hahha
Looks great Gavin! Far too many plumbers want to overcharge or don't want to put in any effort to do a simple investigative job in order to save the homeowner unnecessary money. Thank you for what you do.
Thank you 😊
Good job
Thanks
Good job.
Thank you! Cheers!
Great job Gavin! Loved seeing some repairs.
Thanks 👍
I don’t like the agi pipe. It just looks cheap and weak.
i say t6hat place needs a new storm drain system put under ground not on top of ground.
"ROOOTS" My favorite way to start my day!
