Nothing usually wakes him, except the better up that oops lol he did a whole body jump lol. I shouldn't laugh but it was funny. I wouldn't be watching anything if it would interrupt his sleep and it hasn't before. I'm still chuckling to myself

    There I was just having a lovely time watching gavin clearing the roots from the drain, and then he went and changed the camera position. All I could think about then was where is his traffic management, advance warning signs, cones, and barriers! All those cars going past made me nervous! I was much happier when gavin changed the camera position back! Those were some bloody good roots! I'm always fascinated with the tree roots.

    Gavin, you certainly did have a difficult time getting those palm roots out! 😰
    Gav, do they make the equivalent of a lance gun that you could just attach as a nozzle?
    The lance gun is pretty devastating (as Ollie demonstrated cutting through a huge log!).
    What do you think, a lance head that screws on, possibly still with the swivel action for slight angle cuts when twisting the hose, working a little like the front of the RS 38.
    You could then follow up with the single barrel reverse to blow the roots out? What do you think 🤔?

    I think a pole with a pair of nippers/loppers attached to a pull down to just reach a certain length and cut some of the roots that are tough and thick.
    So far you are in the lead with the biggest/longest root in a single place/job ie sewer pipe
    Sometimes I ask myself why not try to get it fixed.

    • @rupe53
      @rupe53 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      pipe gets crushed, broken, disconnected joint, etc, and the roots are just seeking water so grow in anywhere they can. This is basically the same reason weeds grow in the cracks of a sidewalk. There's dirt and water, so all they really need to thrive.
