      i have got rid of the majority of my visceral fat for sure, I may have some left, but truly i eat zero carbs, I am very strict. I do consume 100% powdered stevia in coffee and tea, that is the only cheating i do. I do have a pinch of subcutaneous fat around my waist, but when i stand up and look down I can see my tops of my feet. 5'7" and 163lbs. i was 185lbs a couple of years ago, when i was "eating healthy" "what the government told me to eat to be healthy" geting my daily "grains"

    One most important thing people ignore is exercise, keep the body moving, keep a busy daily physical activities, and lastly eat healthy. Not all carbs are bad, fruits are not to avoid if you consume in portions with moderation. You don't need to be in the hardcore diet, excessive work out. Enjoy life in a safe way, everything with limits and moderately. Drink your red wine occasionally, eat your fruit with peels on for fiber. Eat and walk and eat and walk and keep busy. The TV and the couch are the main enemies to your overall health.

      Because of the toxin load, it puts strain on your liver, reducing its function. It won't be filtering everything you eat properly. More will store as visceral fat. Also one purpose of fat in our bodies is to protect our bodies from toxins, they store in our fat. While our toxins load is high our bodies want to hold onto fat to protect our cells. I hope this helps :)

I also started to take a digestive enzyme before eating. Making sure you are not constipated gets rid of estrogen. Hydrate. I drink ginger in my tea. I also take prepbotic as well. I used to have really stiff jaw and sore legs at night. Since taking magnesium that has diminished. My sleep is settling more. I used to wake up for hours at 2am but I’m getting much better. The smartest way to eat carbs is to realize that they are sugar. A monosaccharide or a polysaccharide, which is a bunch of monosaccharides stuck together these are all sugar molecules if you’re gonna eat a russet potato, just a regular baked potato with nothing on it. Once it hits your saliva and stomach acid those polysaccharides break up in the monosaccharides. It is literally pretty much the same effect on your body as eating 10 to 14 teaspoons of white sugar because carbohydrates are all sugar and your body does not need sugar because your liver produces blood glucose as needed from protein and if you’re not eating a bunch of sugar and triggering your hormones all the time your liver is functioning properly and you’ll not get dizzy and weak and shaky and irritable when you’re not eating because your body will start burning fat properly and your body will have to burn properly when you eat that banana with fat to buffer the sugar banana still triggers your insulin, and that insulin attaches a fat that is white fat, which is a long-term storage that is very hard to burn if you’re not eating sugar with your fat and proteins, your body uses what it needs and stores of what’s left in the form of brown fat, which is a kind that burns when you’re walking around and breathing and sleeping and exercising and burns quickly. Yes, buffering ridiculous amounts of sugar like eating an entire yellow banana, which has probably 10 times the amount of sugar of a real banana because those yellow bananas we buy in the stores aren’t real bananas, their genetically modified bread and hybridized to be more pest resistant and produce lots and lots of sugar so they taste good and are very marketable but void of nutrients and sugar and isn’t all that different from eating a candy bar. The correct kind of carbs the ones that are largely tied up and fiber and in moderate amounts because here’s another good thing to learn, fiber is in a nutrient either carbohydrates or just sugar in various forms and fiber is non-digestible plant material and you don’t need either. Look at people who go on a carnivore diet and eat nothing but meat they don’t get any fiber, and it improves their digestion because you don’t need it, the primary benefit of soluble fiber is to lubricate nonsoluble fiber in the primary benefit of soluble fiber scrape out soluble fiber. You don’t need any of it literally eat just meat with no fiber and no carbohydrates and their bodies heal, they get rid of their heart disease get rid of visceral fat. I’m not carnivore and it is the ultimate elimination diet because it gives you everything you need to thrive and be healthy but it can be from some vegetables, but you have to eat them in moderation. You have to understand that vegetables contain toxins and carcinogens, and when we eat them excessively not only mechanically ridiculous amounts of fiber mess up our system. They also load us up with toxins and overtime that creates inflammation, which is the root of disease. If you wanna be healthy, make your core diet, clean, healthy meat raised properly grass fed beef, wild caught, or small variety, seafood, and pasture raised chicken eggs make this the core of your diet and accent it with clean healthy vegetables, like leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables and tiny amount of very low sugar fruits like blueberries or raspberries or strawberries and tiny amounts meaning less than a quarter of a cup at a time and eaten frequently. In nature, you would come across a blueberry bush and eat some blueberries and go on and then the season would pass and you wouldn’t have any again for 10 months. With vegetables and our core diet was always meat and we ate vegetables when they were available. That’s how you get rid of visceral fat and the cool thing is when you’re eating that way your hormones correct and your body communication start as well. This corrects your cravings. Whenever you’re eating carbs, your hormones are going haywire. That’s why when you eat Chinese food an hour later you feel like you’re starving that’s why you eat a whole pizza and you’re about to burst but you still feel like you wanna eat more because your hormones are telling you that you’re starving and you need to eat because they’re screwed up because when you eat carbs, you trigger your insulin when you do that all the time, your body starts to stop listening to the insulin which is a hormone that protects your body when you eat sugar it’s bad for you always that’s what oxidative stress is and yes, even when you’re eating fruit with antioxidants because the fruit has sugar which causes oxidative stress, which is the reason you’re eating antioxidants in the first place, so you’re doing nothing but causing more the same damage you’re trying to heal if you want good eaten, artichoke or avocado or beef or best yet liver your best sources antioxidants you don’t need to eat fruit. I went almost 2 years with eating any fruit and I wasn’t deficient in a single nutrient according to my Doctor Who ran about $700 worth of bloodwork because he thought I was crazy but at the same time he gave me the benefit of the doubt because I had gotten rid of all my disease gotten off of all my medication‘s, cured my heart disease and 55 years old had the blood pressure of a healthy 20 year old all of a sudden, instead of being on the verge of having to go to hospital all the time because of high blood pressure and heart disease. Get rid of chemicals get rid of grain product get rid of sugary fruit and vegetables and starches get rid of beans and legumes eat organic grass fed beef hormones and antibiotics eat chunk light or sardines or mackerel or salmon eat chicken eggs with the yolks make sure you’re getting plenty of protein, and have small amounts of leafy green vegetables or cruciferous vegetables, if you have type two diabetes, it will go away 100% of the time because it’s not a disease. It’s a condition you create by eating too much sugar. This is how they tell diabetics to eat, even with one diabetes a lot of people can’t even get their medication but keep seeing your doctor because type one diabetes is an actual disease. If you’re not drinking unprocessed water which almost none of us do you probably need to take some magnesium potassium supplements because they filter all of our water now those are your electrolyte minerals, good and your numbers are gonna improve it. You go to the doctor and he’s gonna freak out because your cholesterol will go up a little and tell you you need statins, but you don’t because cholesterol doesn’t cause heart disease and sadly your doctor probably won’t know that most of them don’t it’s small dense damaged cholesterol particles that are the only kind that are small enough to get stuck in plaque and calcify it and create heart disease, when you’re not eating a bunch of sugars and process food, chemicals and toxins and carcinogens from grains and other plants, you’re not damaging your cholesterol so it doesn’t matter if it goes up high a lot of carnivores will shoot your cholesterol to five or 600 points and simultaneously cure their heart disease and most other disease cause cholesterol is not bad for you only when you damage it with inflammation caused by process food chemicals, plant toxins, carcinogens, and oxidative stress from sugar, a.k.a. carbs carbs are sugar, and cause oxidative stress. And honey and nectar, and all the fancy things, they’re still just sugar and are you. If you wanna learn to read clinical data spend about 3500 hours researching health and nutrition to molecular level of however, every food affects your body you can do that that’s what I did but what I just told you is what all the science has been saying for 60 years but your doctors not gonna tell you that cause he was trained by the pharmaceutical industry who controls medical education and associations and set the curriculum and they teach them to treat you with expensive medical procedures and drugs, not to teach you how to prevent Inflammation, which is the root of disease. By eating correctly or more importantly, not eating things you shouldn’t be eating. You can’t add other foods to that, but you need to figure out how to process yourself correctly. You can’t really buy good grain products, especially in America. You can buy heirloom grains take them Hole crush them up and make your own bread or pasta but anything you buy in a store even organic whole wheat blah blah blah is still gonna contain about half process garbage Process grains through the processing become toxic sugar is basically toxic starch, which is just sugar because I take everything else out of use petroleum chemicals to suck all the oils out of it. They kill it so there are no microbes left and it’s basically just poison. If you make it yourself out of whole heirloom grains, you can still eat it in small amounts and it’s actually good for you but only in small amounts because those grains are still very toxic. That’s what has been saying for decades, but your doctors in the pharmaceutical industry in the food industry won’t tell you because, they lose about 90 to 95% of their business is treating sick people not healing people so they don’t need doctors and drugs.
    What she said about the apple cider vinegar. Great advice and especially when your metabolism is still screwed up and hasn’t been repaired yet, that helped me a lot. It also helps with stomach acid problems.

    • @ShaneZettelmier
      @ShaneZettelmier 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Other things that help are the oils, generally stay away from Plantbased oils all the seed oil are horrible even the Olea acid, which is better but it’s like 75% instead of 90% bad but olive oil if you can buy it from a good source is very healthy and take it like the apple cider vinegar couple of teaspoons a day Just throw it on your food, but you don’t wanna cook olive oil. You can cook with unrefined coconut oil and avocado oil. You can also use avocado oil and olive oil to make mayonnaise and from that you can add sour cream and spices to make ranch dressing and this will help getting through all this eating habits much much easier. But to cook with animal fats or your best use the butter, the ghee, the tallow or even lard Yep pig fat is better for you than any vegetable oil.
      I’ve been doing this for a few years now when I started it was because I was basically dying doing everything. My doctor said getting sicker having them raise my medication and tell me to stick with it eating lots of fruits and vegetables and tiny amounts of lean meat and it was killing me and making me very fat . I’ve got two shot knees and a screwed up back so exercise was hard. I was gaining weight. My doctor just kept telling me to stick with it and raising my meds in three months I didn’t need my meds and started myself off of them, the end of six months, my heart disease was pretty much gone and I had great blood pressure and I lost a ton of weight over 200 pounds and my knees and back are still permanently injured with my cardiovascular system restored my metabolism being restored which fix my immune system and I almost never get sick anymore to where I used to be sick almost all the time before and I’m able to walk and exercise and I’ve gotten back into pretty decent shape but only because I learn to get rid of inflammation because that’s the root of pretty much everything we call disease in western society and you can buy the pure most organic form of grains and beans and sugary, fruits and vegetables and it’s still gonna make you sick, specially if you’re not eating correct amount of meat as the base of your diet because trying to chase your nutrients with vegetables has ridiculous, most of their nutrients are not even very bioavailable and a lot of it tied up in the fiber, which is basically just poop and you don’t need the fiber scrape out the meat meat is liquid in your stomach and your poop is basically used up dead bacteria, adding a bunch of wood pulp to it doesn’t help. The major benefit from vegetables is actually feeding your gut biome and you don’t need a lot. You don’t need to eat seven or 8 cups of kale chasing your minerals and nutrients because most of it’s just gonna pass through you anyway so you’re not getting the nutrients and that just load up with fiber, if you eat one cup of leafy greens that’s enough to feed your gut biome and you’re good onions and peppers are good tomatoes and moderation because they can’t cause inflammation as well. So small amounts. These things are good for you. Avocado is great for you artichokes are great for you and they’re not gonna screw up your meat like eating a banana or an apple along with that that just tagged a bunch of insulin under your fat And visceral fat and long-term storage fat, which is very very hard to burn. If you’re eating very low carbs and eating the fat with your meat, your producing brown fat, which will burn very easily as you sleep as you walk around as you breathe, and when you exercise. Also you don’t need a ton of exercise walking a couple times a day will optimize your fat loss. Running five hours are going to the gym for three hours. Every day won’t make a whole Lotta difference in weight loss, exercise good for you building your muscles, especially your core is good for you but don’t kill yourself trying to lose weight. You’ve gotta do it by eating correctly and give yourself some time because you’re overweight especially if you’re trying to eat healthy and you’re overweight. It’s because your metabolism isn’t working and it takes time to repair it.
      She’s also right about the capsules and the gummy‘s. Pretty much all gummy‘s are going to be worse for you than anything. They’re going to help you with your nutrient should come from food, though a decent multivitamin is good some of your trace minerals like the copper and the zinc And electrolytes like magnesium and potassium. The supplements are fine if you take the right ones, magnesium and potassium citrate are the best. Some people have problems with magnesium citrate because it like a laxative so you choose magnesium glycinate, other than that a good vitamin D supplement with K2 pretty much everyone can use no matter what you’re eating get some sun some fresh air and try to get a full night sleep if you can’t try to take naps, but the sleeping the breathing, and the sunlight are also part of your nutrients not everything we get is from eating food, other than that stay do a little exercise walking as the minimum and you’re good. She’s definitely right about the sleep and the cortisol which means stress. And of course, telling you to avoid stress is easy to say but hard to do sometimes but understand that stress really affects your health and you need to try and avoid it and if there’s something in your life, that’s causing you stress Options and when you’re weigh the options of whether or not to continue with whatever’s causing you, stress understand that it is critical component of your health and stress eats you up. Stress creates cortisol, even working out excessively, and that cortisol screws with your other hormones, it screws with your healing screws with the way your cells reproduce and your cell waste being processed, and it’s incredibly unhealthy. Cortisol is an emergency hormone when you’re in fighter fight mode when you’re being attacked, you need a flood of cortisol to make your body work very hard very fast and kind of optimizes your performance for a very short time but cortisol is like taking drugs like cocaine or something, and it gives you a burst of energy, but eat your body alive and it’s horrible. You’ve got super stressful relationships are super stressful, seriously, consider trying to find a way to fix that or change it. Getting that cortisol down and getting that actual sleep like she’s talking about, this is critical and it’s not just about losing weight. It’s about your body‘s ability to speak to itself and produce energy, anybody has chronic fatigue. It’s probably largely caused by excess cortisol and doing things like getting out of nature being by water or swimming doing low stress, physical things like walking in nature and getting away from the electronics and the TVs and people, these things help with cortisol and of course sleeping and you’re sleep doesn’t have to be at once if you have a bad night sleep that’s cool. Just take a nap later and that all helps.

      @@copperspartan1643 Thanx LOL! Yinzers are people who live in Pittsburgh, Pa. They have their own particular type of speech, I lived there for 3 years. I've always lived in places they say soda, so it was very different to hear pop. I live in eastern PA where we say soda, but I'm originally from the south. Here in Pa we have many different dialects - Yinzers, Coalcrackers, Amish, New Yorkers, you'll hear everything. Hope she knows I wasn't picking on her, I'm a big Kait fan, it simply made me smile & laugh.
