- Unlawful Arrest. November 5th 2022 Incoming Lawsuit. ( Criminal Case Dismissed) took almost 1 year and half to get this body cam footage. City Baxley or Baxley PD did not want this body cam footage shown to the people. This stems from a arrest made on Novemeber 5th 2022. Tyrant # 1 Leon McKinney Baxley P.D. Tyrant # 2 SGT. Reynolds Baxley P.D These Tyrants need to be stop, from violating peoples rights. Warrantless arrest with no Probable Cause, on the Business owner at his place of business. I am not a activist when it comes to these things before this night, but I am now. I started this Channel to go into a differrent direction. so I need someone bigger then me to pick this up. I give @everyone permission to share this on your channels. This has ruin my reputation, because my business was in a small town. And I ended up selling my business due to loss of revenue and the public trust over this Bogus Arrest. This is so simple The officer did have RAS reasonable articulable suspicion to stop and ask the man what he was doing, the officer asked the man what he was doing and asked what his name was the man told the officer what he was doing and he gave his name at that point the officer suspicion was now over with because he now has the answers so there is no more suspicion to be had. The officer at this point after the man told him what his name was who he was and he was a business owner there should have said thank you have a good day he does not need his name address and all that the man does not have to ID at this point no crime has been committed. But the police officers have some type of fetish with ID It's like they cannot stand it if they don't get your ID so they can run you through the system but I agree with this man the officer suspicion was satisfied and he doesn't need to give any more information.

Anyone that has subscribe to my Channel I thank you for your support. I have uploaded documents to the community Tab also for you to look at. I will be uploading Leon McKinney personnel file while he was with the city of Baxley on Tuesday sometime it’s 35 pages long I just got a email telling me they are ready to be picked up so I will picked up those one Monday. I will also be going to the City Hall Counsel Meeting on Wednesday 3/27/2024 and giving them a piece of mind that video will be uploaded sometime on 3/28/2024 or 3/29/24 depending if they arrest me for using my 1A rights. Also this will be the quickest way to get updates on what’s going on with the civil case and other documents I obtain they will be on this channel first. Just wanted to Thank you all for your support. And hopefully we can hold these Tyrants accountable.

They're not required to follow the laws that we must follow, but instead, they must follow their corporate policies and procedures. They can even murder people, as long as they don't violate policy. They will always investigate themselves, and find they did nothing wrong, every single time.
