Hi mam,I need ur help mam...en son OT and ST therapy koduthum 6 month ha.now OT la ellam ma achieve pannita konjam konjam change pannanum solranga...ST avanku ellama purithu but,inum konjam kavanichu concentrate panna pesa try pannuva...enaku Avan eye contact and concentrate epadi stable ha kondu varathu..now start to do tough movement also..inum concentrate panna ennala pannalam 2.3yr therapy join panna now 2.9yr..OT la discharge pannalanu sollitanga konja nalla..for speech I do no how help my son..he try and not giving up so,I need help to make him realise he can speak..so no way can u give idea for stable concentrate and maintenance eye contact for speak out r learn..

My son now 2 years completed. He repeat all words ( nouns) and still he need speach therapy? Or automatically he can pick up to speak as per our training? Did you met such situation?
Nouns are not sufficient to communicate. He requires Speech Therapy to improve his language development. At 2 years, your child must be using 2 to 3 Word phrases and start to ask lot of questions

Please understand that you can't force a child to talk. Instead you can create opportunities to communicate. A good Speech Therapist would be able to guide you better

Hi Mam...my son is 3.5 years old...he is going to lkg but he is not interacting with peers and having lot of fear..but his cousin is of same age...he is playing sharing everything with her..when we checked with doctor they are telling he is reserved and shy no need to worry..kindly give your suggestions we are very much worries...thank you mam

You can speak both the languages. No problem
