Ingredients:
150ml warm milk
20g fresh yeast or 7g dry yeast
1-2 tbsp sugar
3 eggs
80g melted margarine or butter
450-500g flour, salt
400g cottage cheese
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs, vanilla sugar, zest
Gooseberry jam, 1 tbsp bread crumbs
1 egg, milk
Sugar powder (optional)
Bake at 180C for 40minutes, then at 160C for 20 minutes
