Excellent effort as always. God bless you (all).
You can be LGBT and Christian 👨❤️👨
@@ddrseNo you cant be, stop trolling. Watch the video and think to yourself wether to embrace a mistake or to ask God to correct it.
@@borislavfilev5742 it sounds like you asked the mirror mirror on the wall what's the best became ashamed and now you're trying to become like the image in the mirror. You were already created in the image of God. What happened? Did you eat from the Tree of knowledge?
@@ddrseWhat are you even saying bro, I am being honest. I cant understand you. Are you mocking or trying to say something?
As a homosexual man myself who has been away from God for about 15 years, God is calling me back and i have been attending a local Greek orthodox church for three months now (after reading many books by Orthodox authors for about three years). However i really need prayer because like Stamatis i have someone i deeply deeply love and care for and i do not wish to cause him pain and anguish. I pray to God everyday for his salvation also.
🙏
what is your name my friend if I may ask? I will pray for you as a brother that had the same struggle and now still struggles with the passion of lust.
Through God everything is possible
If you love him the best thing for both of you is for you to come to Christ and trust Christ will reach him. Remember you are not His Savior
🙏💜🙏
I think Stamatis is truly a servant of God in the Church triumphant. His story of repentance reminds me of my own Patron Saint Abba Moses the black, who is not just a Saint but a great Saint. Stamatis’ life sounds like one of the lives of the Saints if I didn’t know any different. After watching this video, I have through many tears requested his intercession before the throne of our Lord and God for the conversion of my sister in law and her “spouse” who are in a sinful relationship. God’s greatest miracle is faith and that was deeply demonstrated in the miraculous conversion of Stamatis and his Saintly life thereafter. May his memory be eternal and may my sister in law and her “wife” come to repentance as Stamatis did.
Memory Eternal, Stamatis 🙏🙏🙏
I have yet to watch but I'm here first and I'd like to say hello from America my friends and I have converted to holy Orthodoxy and your videos are a godsend don't fall to the sin of the age bring freedom and God back to my home because freedom is the ability to follow God thank you in God we trust and God bless you all

Lord have mercy. Great video.
He is right; the church has become a stepmother. RIP Stamatis and Michalis.
Thank you for posting this, I remember watching Fr Evangelos' talks mentioning Stamatis years ago, but wished someone would provide the full context and story in English. God bless you!
God bless
Memória Eterna, Stamatis! 🙏🏻
Have mercy on us oh God. Please, be our shepherd to watch our helpless souls. To be held by the hand oh God. To be rescued from the thorns we catch ourselves in. According to your steadfast love be patient with us. Help us to learn your way truly not just in mind but heart. Grant to us the sorrow that leads to repentance so we can fix our gaze on you and not let ourselves abide in physical comfort forgetting. Let us feel repentance. Please grant to all of us the repentance of Stamatis.
Beautiful story

Just Like Saint Mary of Egypt
Can someone explain 19:50 to about 20:10? Is he saying the priest was also homosexual or what does he mean “paradise” and “understand, do you understand?”
He could be the same priest who would later deny him communion... Not really sure.
Thanks for sharing either way.
What is the name of this father/priest?
Fr. Evangelos Papanikolaou
@@otelders Thank you Sir

Didn't you watch anything? I was moved by Stamatis story, I envy him for this perfect transformation, for his strong love for God, the poor and others, saints appeared to him which will never happen to me, it gave me energy to fight my own desperation and weakness and desires, I know now that all the wrong things that is happening to me could be due to evil one trying to sabotage my transformation, my God help you (and me).

Oh brother. Not oh brother as in "Oh, Brother?!" But as in 🙄
