A little hint to progress ... build and deconstruct buildings ... just the default ... and you will eventually fill up the construction tier ... if they haven't nerfed it yet.
It was really cool to see the flooded basement (reminded me of the level in Train Station Renovation, which I also liked), but for a farm update I’m surprised at how little the jobs have let you interact with farming so far. But then, I guess you’re not very far into the jobs. Still, I love this game, and I love the look of your new house. All the buildings for the various animals sounds like it will be awesome, too. I can’t wait to see it all come together. 😃
For the kitchen I would've gone with ether the Vigo or the Premec for the country farm look. Now that you can make the floors you can build your greenhouse.
There are greenhouse parts in the garden/external menu. I'm really enjoying this DLC myself, other than the glitch I have in regards to the highlighting for doors and windows so I have had to shortcut the jobs not getting100% on them.
I love your color choices. Purple and green is always my favorite colors to go with. 90% of the time the things I would choose you choose and it's so satisfying.
@Grillmastah Hi! Not sure if you have found out yet, but when it comes to the backplate of the washing machines, it's a timed event. Remove the screws and just wait 3 secs. The plate will go down by itself and you get a glimps of the washer spinning around. I found it as frustrating as you til i figured it out...

I think it's 10 new jobs, 9 new houses and 3 new empty plots. (One of the new jobs is to renovate what is essentially a plot of land). Also, idk if you did them but Luxury DLC got 3 new jobs/houses in december if you're wanting something to do after you finish with the pets dlc jobs.
You can add this to your houses of other structures. When you use the construct tool, overlap if into the current building and it will allow you to expand it😉. I hope that makes sense but it's coming in one of the other jobs you'll do

It took me way longer than I want to admit to find the fuse box. I went all over the house before I saw it right at the basement door.

Fly dumping = Litterer. Someone must be going around dumping their rubbish. It attracts others, who dump at the same spot. Which creates a big mess and tends to attract feral animals, rodents and more "flies".
I loved that wood paneling reminds me of my dream house
There are green house sections that you piece together in the store, there is a job that you have to use them for.
With this update, I can't wait to see what House Flipper 2 brings 😱 I'm currently on gas station simulator again waiting for the air strip update coming 26th April! I'm not sure if you've streamed it but I think it's good, I also watched your vids of my summer car, god that game looks challenging 😆

Can you build like add-on to your house that would be great if you could just add another section and remove walls and such.

Mors' voice actor put a weird pause in that intro section. A fly dump is when someone illegally dumps a bunch of trash in a spot in nature.
Maybe for the 100th episode do it as a 2hr live?

I got it sorted so new things show up top so should be seeing new things everytime but I'll take a look to be sure

The developers really listen to the people and do a lot of updates with free stuff. This game and all the DLC's are so worth the price.
