Wels you should totally tackle the "Almost Only a Garden" lot with additions. I turned it into a cabin community kind of lot with multiple of the small buildings turned into bedrooms with bathrooms attached, then built a larger building with an office, kitchen, dining room, and family room. I sold it for over $350,000 profit without negotiating at all.
Wels: "How'd they get the mattress up there?"
Also Wels: puts washer, dryer, and several large barrels in the basement down an attic ladder/staircase

The cleaning montage is always satisfying, to me it's the absolute straightness of your lawn mowing 😂 I recently tried this game myself and whenever I mow the machine literally go left, right and centre 😅

being about to put additions on houses is HUGE. that went from a very inconvenient place to try and live to a beautiful family home! though trying to potty train kids whose playroom is two flights of stairs and a kitchen away from the only bathroom might be a struggle haha.
i love this house, probably the only thing id change is finding a place for a 2nd bathroom. even just a 1/2 bath. the thought of running downstairs from the top bedrooms when you "gotta go" would make me dread buying this house 😅

I think the kitchen set makes a ton of sense with everything working in 25cm increments. Since one wall is 25cm, every side of a room is essentially a multiple of 25cm, so you should be able to fit that kitchen into any space in House flipper. Although if you use like a stove from a different set that is like 60cm or 80cm it makes it impossible to fit the kitchen into any room.

Wow, I wish I’d seen this video before I did that windmill house. Unfortunately I don’t have a great imagination. But seeing videos like this will definitely help for future houses 👍🏼
I'd have probably done a small addition to the left side as well. 2 floors high and put both bathrooms there. would have also allowed a pantry instead of bathroom off the kitchen. Its still a beautiful result tho, just food for thought on my own builds.
I also wish there were other ceiling styles. Maybe modders will help on that front soon.

loving this update. I’ve played since day one, I’ve always tried to sell a home for a million $$$. First house with farm dlc! If you did decor in your house you lost money before. They finally fixed that.
Wouldn't need to take the laundry basket down, could just dump it down then climb down after your laundry. Similar idea to laundry chutes in houses. Additionally, if you had another person living w/ you you could get a rope to hook the basket to to get it back up and they pull or install a pulley system or dumbwaiter type situation
If your laundry is in the basement, you need laundry chutes. :D
I'd love to see a cyberpunk theme for the Camping Bungalow. Possible also making it a bigger house too.
No you don't carry furniture up the ladder IRL... You air lift each piece in and build around it, lol.
There are mattresses that come in vacuum sealed bags and are actually pretty small until you open them up. Much harder to actually remove them from a space that small after you let the air back in though.
This is so beautiful! Though I personally would not want to live in either of the top two rooms, so far from the bathroom and the person in the attic having no choice but to go through the child's room all the time... But anyway, I love all the new stuff and I'm looking forward to seeing what you do next!
Yeah, having to go 3-4 flights of stairs to use a bathroom, especially at night, would get annoying fast. I'd probably have at least 2 bathrooms, preferably 3.

With all those tools and storage things in the basement, I’m wondering if you have capability for basement entrances? It would be super cool, making storage sheds on properties with basements unnecessary. Also, will it let you put two doors into one bathroom? I would want that, maybe, between two bedrooms.

I would imagine you'd get used to it. There is a railroad track at the end of my street (approx 1/8 of mile away, it's *right there*) When we first moved in, I thought I'd never get used to the train sounds, especially the horn, in the middle of the night. Six years later and I barely notice.
In case you aren't aware, you can change the speed of the lawnmower to go faster.
You can use turf to remove grass a small price to pay for time saved
I think you should open your own design studio. This place is literally 25km from Amsterdam.
Loving this series. One question though; in the previous episode you only found one option for a roof? Is that still true? Better hope it doesn't rain/snow much with that roof on the addition flowing back towards the original building. Thank you!
Obviously the mattress was in a shulker and they took it by the ladder with that and then placed the mattress after getting the shulker out of their inventory 😏
My windmill house is expanded on both sides, and has a balcony that interferes with the blades...
Is it just me or do none of these ever have a master bathroom.
The game is made by Eastern European developer. There is not really a concept of a master bathroom. Same goes for closets. People have wardrobes there. Also people typically don't live in basements either.

One of the house complaints was "Nowhere to spend time with the whole family." The game not recognizing your family room and other rooms sometimes really hurts. Shame
Windmills are for milling, not for living in.
Otherwise, it's just a big ugly house with a giant useless fan attached to the outside.
