This is actually one of my favorite houses to make my office. You can make a nice little apartment in the basement, a nice little office in the garage, and make a big fancy outdoor area, since outside of certain Garden Flipper houses it has probably the largest garden space of any house.
Is there a short wave radio for bunkers? Some kind of camouflage for the bunker exit would be nice. Tools for hunting for food would be essential. Tiny home multi-use furnishings would come in clutch, if there are any. Benches with storage, beds with storage, murphy beds, wall-hung bunks, hidden-door-bookcases, etc. They’re fun, too.
actually there is a way to essentially sand old tiling and reglaze it with the same type of glaze that bathtubes are coated. It's pretty cheap (but takes like a week for all coats). Made our bathroom look brand new :D
The laundry room is a nice touch, really puts the fun in bunker! And imagine having to run to the laundromat during the apocalypse... I can barely find enough quarters as is lol!
Hi Wels! Just as a tip, you can use the sell gun on the trash. It will say "Remove" instead of a price. That way you dont have to switch to the hand and back.
Hello! Really loving this series so far and I hope you continue it all the way through to the release of the farm dlc if possible! Also, not sure if you know this or not but i noticed when you mow you go pretty slow, not sure if its intentional but if not you can use scroll wheel to turn up the speed dial on the bottom right, and you can cut perfect 90 degree corners by holding shift when hitting the turn buttons. Just a little tip to put out! I watched all the first series vids a long time ago now and was hoping you would come back to this game! Thank you wels!!!❤

When I did this one I was thinking along the lines that people would be spending quite a bit of time in here. So I tried to make it very inviting and functional. I wouldn't want to be stuck in a grey concrete box for a long period of time!! LOL
You definitely got the utility part of the bunker down. Although I believe Maria Kolkowsky does want plants as she's more of a prepper for an economic colapse and she basically wants to be self-sufficient. But then again, you wouldn't make this house for her, you'd use one of the houses with an actual house :p
Thank you for giving us the inside scoop on how many buyers their are for the bunkers and what they are looking for. I know the garden might not have made a difference in the sale and you don't need money at this point, but I would really like to see more gardening designs if you have the time to fill things like that. Thanks as always for the great content.
The only criticism I have would be that the food is outside of the shelter doors meaning anyone in the shelter hiding from the apocalypse can’t actually get at their rations, and even if they could they’d be fairly irradiated depending on what they’re contained in. Other than that seem like they’re prepared for the upcoming end of the world!
Did you put a generator? I didn't see it. For the yards of bunkers you could put veggie and fruit gardens that would make sense for self sufficiency. Just some thoughts I had, love your videos!
Have just bought this house - annoys me that you still cannot remove garage doors even after the Farming DLC with the extention building tool. Would love to have replaced the garage door with some patio doors or something.

Watching this series while remodeling my house makes me really wish I could just cover over old tiling and such

@@KathyClysm resurfacing is one thing....wanting new is a completely different...lol... demoing tile is almost as much fun as demoing plaster lathe..
I like painting walls and redoing floors with put moving fruniture.

That's true, but with the proper perks using your hand picks up multiple pieces of trash at once, whereas the sell tool only picks up one.

The laundry machines wouldn't just keep down the smell, they would also help keep down bacteria and keep germ levels down.
