AMAZON GOT ME AGAIN-Cancel Subscription!

I don't know how this is legal, but Amazon charged me another $15.99 this month for a subscription that I never signed up for. Here's how you cancel it because you can't do it from your phone.

Why have they done this? I just realized today that I couldn't cancel one of my chanbel subscriptions on my phone and got the same message. So why did they do this? Also found out today that I can no longer even buy books on my Kindle now. Do you know why they've made these changes?

Hi there, I'm not sure. All I know is I end up spending money I never intended to. Sad that these corporations need to do this to make money.
