Absolutely. BroDute alone has at least 10 hacks that far outclass these. Like SR0, SR3.5, and SM64 Decades Later. And so many collab hacks like Serene Fusion or Dog Collab. This guy clearly just played the 5 most popular hacks ever, and is not very good at the game. That isnt really a problem of course, the only problem I have with this video is the title. It makes the video worse.
This is awesome, I had no idea there were such good rom hacks, definitely gotten me more interested in the general idea of it, definitely going to look for ones for some of my other favorite games as well. Thanks for the video!
One fun thing that i noticed about Last Impact, is that the snake platform thing is exactly like an object from Sonic Adventure, which is also on a temple themed level.

The picks makes sense but yeah you missed out some incredible ones, most by aglab2 and Brodute, such as - Serene Fusion, contains 80 stars, is a huge collab, regarded as the best hack of all time right now - (Yet) Another Mario Adbenture, 121 stars by Aglab2 which is an insane romhack - Star Revenge 6.25, a whooping 216 stars is the largest normal casual hack and have a lore kinda All of thoses romhacks are casual friendly.
Imagine if someone hacks the Super Mario 3D All stars NSP file (Nintendo Switch ‘ROM’) and put a couple of populair SM64 rom hacks on it and makes it playable on the Switch console.

If you cared to indulge in the romhacking community for just a moment, you'd find there are dozens of hacks nowadays that would make for a more impressive showcase of the SM64 community, outclassing and eclipsing the original game. Star Road and 74 are soon gonna be as old to us as SM64 was when they released.

Also made by a creator who made over 200 levels & 20 hacks already all labeled Star Revenge. - SM64 Land, unique linear world & level structure, tone of custom objects, enemies & bosses & scoring & ranking system - Ztar Attack 2, linear adventure, custom bosses & coding - Another Mario Adventure, good textures/level design, custom coded features More good quality hacks: - Escape from Jail / Plutonium Mario 64 / Ztar Attack Reboot / Mario's New Earth / Through the Ages These are all large hacks with 100+ Stars usually, there are also many mini or small hacks, that have unique or impressive features and lots more in general

These are just some major hacks that each have at least 80 stars off the top of my head, there are more especially well made challenging kaizo hacks and many smaller ones usually made for competitions that each show unique custom coded features.

Most are, but you will need a N64 cart that can load an SD card into it to access the rom
