Rules📝 1) Once a Pokémon faints it is considered gone and cannot be used anymore. 2) You can only catch your first Water-type encounter in every area. 3) You must nickname every Pokémon. 4) Once you white out the run is over. Also added are the typical hardcore-rules: 5) You cannot use items in battle. Held items are allowed. 6) You have to change the Battle-Style to "Set". 7) You cannot level past the next Gym Leaders strongest Pokémon. 8) No Legendaries, they're too strong. 9) Leveling may be done by using Rare Candies, but never above the Level-Cap. 9.1) EVs may be trained to the max once Super Training is unlocked.
Congrats on successfully completing your first nuzlocke (and the other firsts!) It's very cool seeing you improve with every run. I'm glad you didn't do the copypasta yourself, cause Vaporeon is my favorite eeveelution and it's always been so awkward telling people that cause of their inevitable reaction. And final random note, can I just say I'm super glad you don't use set up and sweep as the solution to every battle? I actually had to unsub from a nuzlocker at one point cause all they did was set up and sweep constantly and it's like....that kills the excitement and drama for me, it's way more entertaining in my opinion to watch people use their wits and switch pokemon and moves on the fly to respond to the situation. Anyway. Great video, the narration was extra entertaning this time around!
Thank you very much for this thoughtful comment, I highly appreciate it! Yeah, regarding the Vaporeon thing, it's a friend's favorite Pokémon just cause he thinks it's cool and cute, so...The Internet ruining it as a joke is just beating a ded horse IMO. Not even really funny, if someone does find it funny aight, fair, but that's not me. Just setting up + sweeping every fight is very one note yeah, I'd rather not do that, or stall every single battle with a Pokémon that can't really be one shot, or always use XYZ strategy cause it always works - Sure, sometimes doing setup -> sweep can be great, Rotom did that quite well at times, but spamming that is...Meh, I get you! The whole point of Nuzlocking is trying out different things and the story telling that ensues from that (Still working on that part, but I'll get there!) Thank you for the point of the narration, that's the one thing I'm working on the most right now so I hope it can get even better. More Nuzlockes coming soon!
@MalorakPKMN I think set up and sweep tactics definitely have their place, and can still be entertaining (of course that depends a lot on the personality and script of the player) but it gets stale when it's the only tactic. I have mad respect for people who play nuzlockes and make content for us (the public), I could never play them because I don't think I'd have fun at all, but they're my favorite thing to watch on TH-cam, so I appreciate all the effort that goes in, and I love seeing people make choices on the fly and either it pays off brilliantly or it....doesn't, haha! I dunno, I just think it makes it way more fun. I do think it speaks to your credit that I found all your previous videos entertaining and fun even if you didn't "win" the challenge. :)
Ive done this run myself and that Kadabra could be dangerous like we saw in this video. Bibarel is a very good counter to it especially if it has Headbutt cause it can probably knock it out in one hit. Bibarel is a very good encounter early one especially since its Normal type does damage lol. I also got a shiny Goomy in my run which was funny Hawlucha going for hone claws actually makes sense since flying press is actually 95 accuracy so boosting its attack while also not missing can be a scary situation
At least it's a known foe, makes me feel less bad about getting my buttocks whooped Thanks for the explanation! Esp. regarding Hone claws, I wasn't aware that Flying press was a 95 move, I get that part at least now 😅
@@MalorakPKMN oh yes that Kadabra is a absolute menace especially early on with very few counters at that point. Only Bibarel, Dunsparce and Furfrou are solid counters with the starters minus bulbasaur are a decent check. Unfortunately you got really unlucky with it and that's rough. Trainers in X and Y are deceivingly difficult on occasion and some are well known. Great video btw :)
@@Venemofthe888 Thank you! I put a lot of effort into the video - wish I had put more effort into Kadabra Research™ that's for sure lol that thing's rough it seems!
A clear answer's boring, so I will give you a hint: I controlled it with a 3rd party Xbox360 Controller! ...Ok I'll reply normally, it was emulated which is why the game looks so clean as well, upscaling's cool

This should be mutch more popilar the video is GOATed
Idk if anyone else commented this, but you can get bidoof before fighting viola, and with defense curl and rollout, its pretty trivial
@@PizzaPasta76 not as far as I am aware, great point! Thanks 🙂↕️
@@MalorakPKMN no problem! I'll also probably do this run eventually as it seems really fun
Nice vid! Got a sub
Thanks, and welcome! Look forward to more videos very soon :)

Massive Improvement, My man
Thanks! It was a lot of work but I wish to put this effort into every video going forward. Have a good one!
Great video enjoyed it very much!
Thank you very much! I'm really proud of this one, glad to see people like it~
Why were blastoise and swanna there for hms? Fly isnt necessary and all of your pokemon can learn surf...
Awesome video
Thanks ShowdownEnjoyer, glad to have you back!
Great vid! I'm a big fan of your narration
Thank you! I've tried to improve said narration for this one specifically, glad to hear it's received well😄
@@MalorakPKMN keep up the great work then! I was hooked, glad I clicked on a video in my recommendations for once 🥰

I got a shiny Slowpoke and it want nuts im this game

Thank you, it was hard fought but very satisfying!
Yo dude that’s awesome it’s me again glad to see you grow the last time you only had 1 vid Keep it up 🙏👏🎉
...ya know? I kept waiting through the video to aee if you got the gift Lapras right after you get surf and you didnt. I was disappointed lmao.
I caught a slowpoke on the route... Then saw that that was a thing and my encounter was gone.
I am not a clever man 🥲
Did you emulate this or play on a 3ds?
A clear answer's boring, so I will give you a hint: I controlled it with a 3rd party Xbox360 Controller!
...Ok I'll reply normally, it was emulated which is why the game looks so clean as well, upscaling's cool
@@MalorakPKMN I noticed the game play was a lot higher quality than it looks on the 3ds. what emulator did you use for this
@LetsPlayJoshPK I used Citra for it, an older Nightly Version~
I then used 7x upscaling to make it look as clean as it does!
Imagine disliking mate, couldn't be me
Touch grass
That'd be very effective against most of my mons though 🥲
