    Thanks for the information. I’m glad you mentioned the air conditioning and the water heater. Can I ask how you got the central water heating system.

    Hi Prince and Nikki this is really lovely I love what you guys are doing, love the simplicity it's really beautiful..... please I beg I know I can't tell you what tiles to use but not those bright patterns and colors😱🤣 I hope you choose something pleasing to the eye😅

      Do you mean the bright white veiny or thunder ones that every one using. I hate those ones, it’s “too in your face” 😂😂😂

      You mean the Marble ones …. I do like marble and if used right in can work nice but not everywhere. I’m always mindful that floor tiles can quickly look dated.

    Please are you fixing the plaster board on the entire concrete floor or skimmed painted concrete floor with corner mould?

      We shall be installing plasterboard to the ground floor soffit/ceiling to hide services. The floor finishes would be tiles with timber skirting or baseboards. Thanks

    Hey guys, just wanted to ask - the thermal boards were they made to work like plasterboards e.g dot and dab (glued to the wall) and then plastered?
    I didn't see the transition between the rendered wall and then the white wall, so I was slightly confused. 🙏🏾

      The boards are made insitu and fixed using fiber and rods to secure it to the ceiling joints.
