I absolutely love your attention to details ..Also your strict standards to achieve the level of development is to be admired.. I'm coming to buying land in rainy season from the USA through Liberia where I own a home then to Ghana where I want to have constructed my dream home.... I would love to work with you guys.. I have you information locked In place and will reach out before I come..
Thank you for your kind words and noticing, your right we are strong on the detail but it is important to build once and get it right. We would be happy to work with you to help you achieve your dreams so do reach out. Thanks for watching 😁
Hi Prince and Nikki this is really lovely I love what you guys are doing, love the simplicity it's really beautiful..... please I beg I know I can't tell you what tiles to use but not those bright patterns and colors😱🤣 I hope you choose something pleasing to the eye😅
You mean the Marble ones …. I do like marble and if used right in can work nice but not everywhere. I’m always mindful that floor tiles can quickly look dated.
We shall be installing plasterboard to the ground floor soffit/ceiling to hide services. The floor finishes would be tiles with timber skirting or baseboards. Thanks
Hey guys, just wanted to ask - the thermal boards were they made to work like plasterboards e.g dot and dab (glued to the wall) and then plastered? I didn't see the transition between the rendered wall and then the white wall, so I was slightly confused. 🙏🏾
nice insight on the plaster boards 🙂... the POP looks good as well!
Thanks for the information. I’m glad you mentioned the air conditioning and the water heater. Can I ask how you got the central water heating system.

The boards are made insitu and fixed using fiber and rods to secure it to the ceiling joints.
