To be entombed in a Dreadnought is an honor, to be entombed in a Helbrute is a punishment. Usually the way the T sons make theirs is by tricking other sorcerers into using a spell that will make them vulnerable to being turned into a Helbrute without realizing it.
No, a Helbrute is 1000x worse than a Dreadnought, because while Space Marines view the Dreadnought as an honor, Chaos marines view the Helbrute as a prison.
According to the lore of Helbrutes, especially the ones of Thousand Sons - they use the kidnapped or tricked members of other legions and war bands since most of 1k sons are made of sand. I mention this because the screaming of this helbrute in the very beginning sounds like “For GuillimAAAAAn!” This guy was an Ultramarine who was captured by Thousand Sons and put into a Helbrute, his chapter’s colors were taken away from him, his flesh mutilated, he was condemned to incredible pain, torture & becoming mad, in the end, being unleashed against his own brothers. My favourite thing about the Helbrute in this game is that it shows that boxnoughts aren't the slow, unwieldly robots some people view them as.
