Can you please post up a part number for these. I can find the rear isolator all day but I cannot find anything in the four forward insulators. Thanks!
@@amicxble9350 I found out that Ford updated the bushings and no longer sells the larger rear ones. I had to buy two new radius arms both forward and rear bushings are the same size.
@@11bangbangshaw93 Thanks for the quick reply bro. Is there an additional bushings in the rear of the arms attached to the chassis? I have a 2006 F250 6.0 back home in NC. Are you a former Infantryman?
@@marcosmartinez5316 Yessir, I’m still in. And yes I believe there is another bushing on the side of the radius arm that bolts to the chassi but I didn’t change that one out because I’m doing a PMF long arm 4 link im sorry man I actually missed the notification for your reply I guess.
@@11bangbangshaw93 Thank You for your service Brother, and Thanks for the reply. I will replace all the rubber pieces with moog parts, as well as the Cab mounts. Again Thanks brother.
Yessir I removed the gears and seals and then when back from powder coat installed new seals and gears back in. When taking the gears out I barely starting pulling it out after u bolting then I ran zip ties through the shins and bearings so the gear and bearings and shims all came out as one so I wouldn’t lose anything or get anything out of order. Wish I would have recorded it!
What about the two that go on the other side of it? I know that there's 4 that go on the actual axel. Then there's two on the outer part of the radius arms. Are those the same as well?
Nice your the first in TH-cam that show how to DIY the radius bushings.
Yessir!
Super useful video, thanks for sharing
where did you buy the bushings? I have looked everywhere and haven't had any luck finding them.
Your local Ford dealer can order them for you
Dude fr. I can’t find it at all

Digging the powdercoat and especially the crocs. I have a garage pair myself!

Not a problem brother, the part # off my box was 5C3Z-3B203-BA
Did you go through ford for the parts?
@@blakewithadhd7358 yessir I sure did
Good video. Thanks.
Can these be changed with axle on truck?
@@MechManiac yes
What’s the outside diameter of those bushing? They look like the size I need. But for some reason I’m can’t get the correct ones.
I’ll check and get back with ya man!
Very nice bro! Are all six bushings the same size?
Marcos Martinez there are only 4 radius arm bushing on a Dana 60 Axle. But yes those are all the same size that I pressed in.

How did you get them out??
Hi do you by any chance have the size of the plumbing inner diameter pipe
I came for the bushing replacement but was wondering about your powdercoat on the axles, did you remove the diff gears before powdercoating?

Man no one can tell me that lol. I'll just have to take it apart and see if they're all the same. Thanks for answering me.

@@11bangbangshaw93 for some reason the part description lists it as 2wd.
