Thanks John, the neighborhood is pretty safe from what I know, but it is very authentic. Green space - I don’t think there will be much additional greenery. This is a great deal for a very specific buyer :)

I know the neighborhood very well and it's VERY safe. I actually prefer it to the golden zone, it's so easy to get anything you need and you never have to drive.

I've seen the units and they are first class. Very secure property... And it's not the typical BS rendering (where you end up with something different). The property is finished so you will get what you see.
