    Hey man great video! I was going to get the small version but I think I'm going to get this model - "buy once, cry once" I think for the $$$ it is worth it. Too bad stuff is so expensive here in northern Ontario, Canada.

      Good choice, these days I also have a smaller one I use in a sea can shop with limited space

    I am going to most likely be buying mine either tomorrow or Monday ... What did you do for static control? (if anything) ... I let it go with my shop-vac, but definitely got zapped a few times!

      @DonkeysBreath  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      nothing, but if your worried you could just run a ground with all your ducts.

      @@DonkeysBreath Thanks! ... Since buying it, I'm surprised to see that there has been absolutely no static. The shop vac zapped me or had my hair standing on end constantly! ... Everyone on the forums are always going off on how they grounded their systems that I practically thought it was guaranteed that you were going to burn down the neighborhood if you didn't ground it. I will probably get around to grounding it one day, but happy to see I can lower its priority on my list of things to do.

      Outils Pierre Berger has them on sale right now for $419 ... The sale has been on since the beginning of summer, so I guess its a seasonal sale ... Watching this video helped me make the decision and will be buying one very soon.... www.outilspierreberger.com/en/1000-pcm-a-1600-pcm/4109-1-1-2hp-1200-cfm-duct-collector.html?search_query=kc-3105c&results=2

    I got the smaller 1hp and it barely sucks anything...i was wondering how many inches of water was I supposed to get

    • @DonkeysBreath
      @DonkeysBreath  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don’t think you’re supposed to get a rated vacuum on these, Just because the way the blowers designed. I’ve only ever heard of dust collection systems being rated in volume moved with an open duct. Because they’re not vacuums

      @@DonkeysBreath it actually has a number for "lift" on the website.. Supposed to be 8" of water but barely got 4 out of my test.

    Use magnets to hold the bag up

    • @DonkeysBreath
      @DonkeysBreath  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I truly don’t think that would work considering the The bag in fleet and asked to have a fully positive seal all the way around
