As I always say. Forza is undoubtedly hot garbage in ᴍᴀɴʏ MANY^2ᵐᵃⁿʸ aspects. But at the very least the physics engine has a strong fundamental core to it. It's not always as detailed or as polished as it should be, but it thankfully simulates the cars in a decent manner and gives controller users something satisfying to play with (feedback on controller is also extremely precise and intuitive to understand wtf the car is doing)
Yeah, Forza has a reputation for being arcade-like but the engine is decent. A little twitchy and overstated in places, but not as arcade-like as its reputation would suggest. Thanks for the comment!
@unreasonablespeed I mean... It *is* arcade if we compare it to iRacing, Assetto or rFactor, which is what people seemed to have done over the years. Regarding the "twitchiness" of it... I'd say that 90% of the cars are actually tuned to be well too understeery. Which is an understandable decision given that most of the casuals will just forget tunes even exist. So you're sorta forced to do "forza tuning" on them and min-max the ever living shit to get them to rotate🤣
Yeah I've noticed some cars and parts in Forza have default settings that really mess up the handling of the cars right out of the box. I'm not sure why they didn't set them more neutral by default, but it definitely pays to check and do some tuning before driving anything.

Having fully on/fully off In GT3 is crazy too
Yeah I wish there was a more realistic qualifying system.
And I totally agree that there should be more options for ABS/TCS/ASM. A lot of the faster cars are fly-by-wire and were never made to be driven with any of that completely disabled. It's cool that you can, but "active realistic" setting would be great.
@@unreasonablespeedadding to that, that Hybrid systems (like those in the LMDh cars) or advanced aero are just speed boost instead of being of something that could be turned on or off has been a disappoinment.
Really wasted potential, but at least the "homologation" modifications were finally dropped.
@@DerpSherman I haven't even tried the hybrids. That's a shame. I'm also glad homologation is gone, I hated that so much in FM7.
The music is absolutely too laut I can't you what you say properly
Sorry, I'll try and balance it better next time. I did work pretty hard on the captions so that might help.
They nailed it lke the Little Tykes toy company "nailed" a plastic toy hammer. Sure the basic shape is accurate and the pretty colors really make it stand out but itll never be a hammer. Not even a simulation of a hammer. Just a brightly colored accurately shaped piece of useless junk
I take it you did not like the game.
What are your opinions on the exedy stage 2 clutch? My oe style replacement sucks 😅
Good for track use, but not for street. It's noisy and makes hills tricky, especially with a lightweight flywheel. I would stick with an OEM or stage 1.
@@unreasonablespeed interesting. I use mine in the canyons. Guess I’ll do stage 1 next time, ty!
Try the same crash test with Assetto corsa evo
I haven't heard anything about ACE's damage engine but it's set around the 'Ring, so it definitely needs to have a good one.
Need gt7
Need to make GT7 for PC
10:02 please turn down the volume of the music^^ or turn up ur voice
its hard to understand u at times
Thanks for the feedback! You're not the first one to mention that either. Too late to fix this one, but I'll try and mix the next one with more emphasis on the voice track.
Lee Roy is correct
Leeroy should just buy a Corvette
@@unreasonablespeed that logic tracks
You should get a S2000 or Miata.
Both fantastic cars and great on track, but convertibles aren't for me.
They dont get much of details right sadly.
Yeah, not much added over FM7
its forza..
Worst pos driving game I’ve ever played, even CarX street has better physics 🤮
I had to look up CarX Street. What is that, a mobile game?
Great video
