This one was kind of tough! I don't usually do foot mobility, but it's making me feel like I should as I clearly need practice haha
They’re a bit odd to do aren’t they! I’ve seen lots of benefits from doing these type of exercises for my running & ankle stability!
I run outdoors and if possible would love a warm up video with moves that don’t require sitting on the ground or having a knee on the ground 🥹🙏🏻
