Interesting I’m in Workes comp for about 10 months I have 3 of my body parts that I got hurt neck shoulder and knee so far workers comp insurance haven’t done anything for me they sent me with the orthopedic specialist one of the say that I need knee and shoulder surgery the insurance denied I’ve been with lots pain have cervicalgia or herniated disc the attorney sent me with the state doctor I have my report stating that I’m in a permanent stationary disabled now the nightmare start it because they wanna do a settlement without having not treatment not surgery at all the only good thing is having my medical open for life the worst thing right now is that they stopped paying me what I used to get because of the report they are just starting to paying me $290 a week wich they say that they are going to deduct for what I’m getting after we do the settlement , I’m very frustrated it I don’t know what to do even having an attorney, I told the attorney that I’m not going to sign any papers to do a settlement till I get my surgery done. I’m very desperate I don’t know if I should get another attorney. Please help. Hope to hear from you soon thank you 🙏
Dont sign shit. I cant believe they havent forged your signature already. Your workers comp lawyer is just that a workmans comp lawyer. Not your lawyer at all. I call them flying monkeys protecting the witches castle.a its the shit they pull when they know your injured so you wont have any resources to defend yourself. Their doctors lie in the medical records and are getting paid to lie. They are the dirtiest, ugliest most corrupt organization out there. T heir shit is so fine tuned you wont have a choice but to take it in the behind . Everybody will be paid fairly out of your claim but you. They want to pay you as little as possible and force you into signing a contract under duress and a gag order on their dirty deeds and theft of your claim. Thats all i know. Miserably greedy and filthy. They knowingly profit off injuries. They anticipate and celebrate yours and anyones injury. It means big money for them. You will be left injured in my case injured and deformed for life because they denied my claim forcing me to wait 1 1/2 years for a surgery that was urgently needed at the time of injury. Left with uncared for surgeries. They are pure vomit of the most vile.
Hopefully everything went well for you I been going through same they don’t care they’ll treat you like whatever that’s why you don’t take these jobs seriously
