Today I'm talking about the recent amendments made to Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024 formerly known as H.4885 in Massachusetts. Its a HUGE omnibus gun bill that is completely unconstitutional and unenforceable. I think some in the legislature are starting to realize that.

If it puts off the new training and licensing requirements by 18 months, that means the licensing changes will still be in effect after the Supreme Court decides in 2 years that AWB is Unconstitutional.
