I'm curious, how may state owned buildings have had all the asbestos abated? I used to work in a state owned property with many buildings used as a school and the asbestos was crumbling off the pipes in chunks and you could see the dust coming off the damaged asbestos in the rays of sun coming through the windows. They could use the cigarette tax money to clean all that up before they ban tobacco.
