I have a vibration plate but put it away because of a major spinal fusion surgery. So be careful if your back is bad but you can sit in a chair and put your feet on it or sit on the floor to put your thighs on it. I just got diagnosed with lympha/lipa after 5 years of gaining 23lbs of water in a 4 day period when in a flare up. I finally got in a Lymphedema PT. Did 1 1 1/2 lymph massage and lost 14lbs in 2 days. I will be going 3 days a week.

Hi Vivienne! Was my pleasure :) I have been fortunate in my tine in the machines to connect with some amazing people. Karen I met first time at FDRS in Houston a few years back!
I've been using a Chi Machine and it has been working, it is a figure 8 motion/vibration and fat less lessened. I do it twice a day for 15min each time.
CHi machine is a good way to get lymph etc moving for sure. They don't offer the weight bearing/exercise gains that a vibration plate can, many in my group use both.

Some Weeks ago I read somewhere in the internet about vibration as one possibility to slacken the fat when doctors do a liposuction. So I started some days ago to try this with my beurer MG 100. It is not optimal to handle but the only vibration device I have. When I see, that you have experiences with vibration and lipedema so I could try it with a more useful device. Is such a vibration plate really powerful enough to vibrate the whole leg? Isn't it better to use such a chi machine because it works directly at the leg (or perhaps the arms)?
I have many users that use prior to surgery for this and to help manage a variety of symptoms. The massager you have and the chi will help but not in the same way as a vibration plate that you stand on, bearing your weight, this also activates muscles groups and will get more done is much less time than the massager or chi machine. Use what you have regardless as this will all offer positives. If you have lipedema, lymphedema or another related fat disorder I have a group on facebook for support in using these devices you are welcome to join facebook.com/groups/797095057690948

The only thing you can do that might cause you to lose weight without starving/damaging yourself is to avoid sugar (fructose) in candy and sugary drinks and eliminate processed Omega 6 seed oils. Cook/bake everything from scratch using butter, lard, coconut oil, or any other mostly saturated/mono unsaturated fat. The problem with olive and avocado oils is that most of it is adulterated.
