- here's a fun summer hair tutorial for you guys - how to get this sexy beach waves hair look along with my DIY sea salt recipe. You can't wrong with this effortless sexy look in the summer.
Sea salt spray:
1 cup water
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp coconut oil/ argon oil
Shake and spray into hair!

Thank you so much! My hair is naturally wavy with a tighter curl underneath in the back. I always feel like I have to smooth out my curl and end up over doing it. Especially with the humidity the south brings, this may be a good answer. Can't wait to try it tomorrow.

I'm trying to learn more about protein vs. moisture, but what I'm finding has to do with more natural/ethnic hair. Would you please do a video on how it applies to blondes (structure of the hair, what is protein, what is moisture, products to use, ingredients to look for, etc.)? I substituted coconut oil which I am allergic to with grapeseed oil, which is also great for fine hair then added 20 drops of essential oils. I used lavender, rosemary and bergamot.

This look is perfect for the beach or pool, when you get a lot of frizz from humidity. I have natural wavy hair and these places are no no for forcing us to keep hair smooth and straight. This tutorial helps me know what to do to shape my hair in to a look that doesn't look bad. Do you have any recommendations for what to use for us coarse wavy hair to try to maintain wave without drying with too much volume as mine does? As my hair air dries, it increases volume. I want to be able to tame it.

I'm attending my cousins wedding next weekend and i'm thinking of doing this look. I have sort of a long bob (shoulder length), kind of the same wavy hair to begin with like yours - also tends to get flatter on top and in the front.. i'm just wondering if you have any tips for me to make the volume last all day and evening? I just feel like i always loose the volume about tre hours in and therefore i most of the time end up just putting it up in a bun. However - this is a wedding and I feel like I should put more effort into it than just put it up in a bun.. hope you understand what i mean. :D

Hey Sylvia! I was wondering if you could talk about keratin treatments? Does it reduce curls? I have curly hair but it's texture is smoother so I know the perm that's usually used on "afro" hair texture would be too harsh. I really want to reduce my curls to at least waves, any advice? tysm! (:

My question is that I have "natural beachy waves" and i seems 2 get more curls as I get older and I've FINALLY embraced the curls BUT it seems that EVERY product I use so 2 keep them curls looking good and not frizzy or limp looking have been a big flop!! They seem 2 either make my curls all crusty feeling or make my hair all oily looking -- WHAT PRODUCT would u recommend???
