This Mercedes camo to me after had some parts replaced... if they were replaced in an attempt to rectify the issue, I am not sure...
That said, the issue was nothing to do with the parts replaced...
On a scan, a code that usually indicates a quite common problem with these cars...

See, I never used the Ultra on a Benz. Always take the DAS. I guess old habits never die. Seems it was pretty straightforward with the MaxiSys. If I don't forget I will try and do a programming. I say this now but, because the XENTRY is anyway started up every day, it might be forgotten. I really never used the Autel on a Benz so I guess I learned something . Nice video Luis.

Hey, I just fixed on of a similar latch latch on an W164 ML. The cable will break right where it exits the latch, causing the high resistance code. In that case I resolderd the wire because the latch was mounted to a pretentioner capsule and probably absurdly expensive. A used one would be pointless since Mercedes has cabletied the cable so badly that it will get damaged.

I understand that might be random... but that will most likely be logging a fault code...
Anything I would advise, would be pure guess work...
You really need to have it scanned...

I had the same problem.. i disconnected the battery and left it on charge overnight. The next day, the light was gone.
