Yeah I agree, give collectors of both scales the same repaint options. They did the black Boba Fett (in disguise) for Black Series but not in TVC so maybe they thought its a trade off, but since repaints are east just give us all the versions in both scales. Thanks for watching!
Because of your video, I went to the nearest Super Target trying to get some more Boba Fett's. I already ordered 2 copies each of the comic book versions. They had pegs for both versions prepared, but no figures on them. The first employer I had asked even told me, that there should be a few in the isle. Another employer found one 61 version in the back and mentioned, that they are not in the system yet, so a 3rd employer sold it to me by just adding the $20.99, since the barcode wasn't working yet!

Today I had an employee tell me that the issue at the register has nothing to do with the street date but they just never programmed the UPC into the system properly and he doesn’t know what they are going to do about it. You're not lying. I had all these figures on preorder, but I was fortunate enough to find them on pegs in good condition. I ran into an issue at 1 target where I had to show the item via the app to have them enter the SKU, and they were able to sell it to me. I didn't cancel my preorders. When they were finally delivered, I ended up returning them due to serious card damage. I prefer to get them on pegs, but that's not always an option.

I actually had an issue with a mainline release too - I also bought one of the Tusken Warriors from BOBF and that wouldn't scan either, so who knows what is going on there. What's your favorite of all the repaints? I think the Droids version is my favorite repainted figure but I like the vintage comic art cardback the best of the bunch.

Have to put in the dpci to ring up correctly. My favorite repaint is by far the Kenner-colors Fett and my favorite cardback is the Droids Fett (with that new vintage comic Fett cardback in a pretty close 2nd). Thanks for watching!
I got mine recently i just happened to see them in store. Exclusives are a real hassle to track down im always getting them at a bunch of diffrent stores. Love all 3 of these i agree they missed the colour match on the green should of been a lime green also the arms & legs look like they should of been a light grey colour. But overall these look cool lobe the comic art version i wouldnt mind seeing more Boba Fett variants i want the arena suit or also known as the in disguise Boba Fett thats all black which they did for last years SDCC black series line!!
Agreed, I wouldn’t mind seeing a couple more repaints. That all black Boba Fett in disguise would be at the top of my list. We also still need a proper ESB Boba Fett, but I think they will wait until another updated mold (with barbell hips) to do that one. Thanks for watching Starkiller!

It’s supposed to be today (July 30th). Went to a couple Targets this morning. 1 told me they were on a pallet they can’t get to at the moment and to check back tomorrow. The other told me they sold out earlier this week. SMH!
Got my vintage comic art Boba on clearance for 7.49, I was shocked when I saw that price since the Kenner Fett didn’t really go on clearance from what I saw.

Target did finally send out Pre-orders for the Comic Art Fetts the other day but they are slapping ugly new orange UPC stickers over the regular UPC’s on them which is annoying if you want to keep it carded. The vintage comic art ones are also supposed to finally ship in mid-September but probably with same issue. So it’s probably for the best you found them in store instead relying on Pre-ordering. Cam Kennedy was the artist for Death, Lies and Treachery which explains why Fett has the blue and green tones. It's not the greatest look. Cam also was the artist for Dark Empire and you can clearly see the similarities between the images. He preferred dark, muted colors and had a very odd style choice for action poses, etc.
I never liked Cam Kennedy's rendition of Boba Fett either, and resented that he got to do so many of the Fett comics in that otherwise great Dark Horse era.
Yeah his style just isn’t my cup of tea. Hope they consider doing at least 1 more comic book Fett from a different series, maybe do the War of the Bounty Hunters Fett in disguise like they did for the Black Series. Thanks for watching!
Good content Don’t title ur video using episode numbers at all especially first it confuses the algorithm just title it for what you are talking about this being “boba fett target exclusives”

@@brettonfett ya no benefit for putting episode numbers it makes it so viewers can’t read the already long title and the algorithm takes the first 15 words from both ur title and description to decide what ur content is about so essentially google episode 67 or whatever and see what comes up because that’s what ur telling the algorithm ur topic is but great content I do content strategy and editing for a full time job and am not shilling my services I just like ur content so thought I would share some insight since it’s a mistake I made in the past and I see lots of Ppl still Make but i subscribed and keep up the good work
