A million in the far future seems iffy. You would have to be a 1979 kid (which I am) and at 45 years old now, that means only 40 more years of really maintaining a status of a holy grail. That toy will eventually fetch 1 million guaranteed. Easy.
Al Bundy true I would've kept it
He DID say that it was "a steal" for that price. He certainly KNOWS what it can fetch.
A million in the far future seems iffy. You would have to be a 1979 kid (which I am) and at 45 years old now, that means only 40 more years of really maintaining a status of a holy grail. I am certain that if you didn't experience Star Wars movie in that time period you would never feel the connection to drop mega money on it. It be like a 2000 kid being super connected to the Lone Ranger or Dagwood, never going to happen.

I would have taken the 100 grand offer from Rick. Where else is he going to find someone willing to pay a six figure amount for a toy?
If this guy comes back into the store with a changed attitude... Rick's offer will drop to 50 grand.
+Earthman99999 The guy with a whole collection of onscreen props only got offered $52k, bit weird.
+Earthman99999 He can find out who Rick's buyer would be and sell it to him.
+Earthman99999 with the release of the movies shit like this will sell to direhard fans with money easily.
deadmeh
Which is selling anything to Rick is a monumental mistake.
Heru- deshet
probably not the most optimal choice but trying to find the right buyer is a time investment and if you time is worth something then you won't give a shit.

"This is the holy grail item you've been looking for, Rick."
"What do you have?"
"The Holy Grail."
