Same here in Algeria the phone is around 250usd which isn't a lot for a 1st world country , but for me in order to earn 250 dollars i have to work hardly for at least a month without spending a penny .

I just bought an excellent condition S21 for $200. Anything is better than my Galaxy J7 Prime from 2017.

Been using the s21 ultra since launch. Just got my gf a pixel 8 for Christmas and it's actually freaking awesome. If anything happens to my s21 ultra I'm probably getting a pixel 8. Lol

Still using my S21 256gb. Zero issues to date. Battery still holds a good charge like day 1 and the screen is still good with no burn ins.
Bro,the S21 is peak smartphone. Upgrading to anything else is cosmetic at this point.

I found a workaround for that. I stopped gaming on the s21. That helped a lot.

The S21 series is amazing. Love my 21 plus, the bigger display is nice since I have poor vision. Things are easier to see

I got a refurbished s21 for $480 in december last year and it's been great! I haven't come across a single issue so far
what about the latest major update? does the phone heat up that much? I wanted to buy it but kinda hold it bcs two of those things
@@syncronate It only gets hot when I play demanding games or record in 4k (or 8k) for extended periods of time. It's never an uncomfortable amount of heat, but it is very noticeable.
I bought Samsung S21 as back up and yes, it is still working smoothly but the only problem is connectivity to Data Network especially if you are off grid or working in remote areas. It's a shame because i have to pull out my sim, insert it on my POCO X4 GT then hotspot it with my SAMSUNG S21 phone. So i guess, the solution is to buy a pocket wifi if you have a SAMSUNG phone!

my s21 camera feels a little downgraded after so many updates. I feel original camera or after 2 3 updates was better. Anyone has same problem or has any solution?

Let's face it, you're probably watching this because the hinge on your Flip 4/5 has broken your screen or you're just experiencing a green line screen issue and the S21 is a nice cheap replacement

If you are wondering whether to get one, i say dont, especially if you get the exynos chipset. Ive had mine for 3 years and the screen is laggy and unpleasant, the battery sucks to put it simply, the processing of images, and the camera performance itself has gone down and its not a great experience. I will be upgrading from it in a day or so but keep in mind that ive had it for 3 years. If you want a future proof option, go for something new like an iphone 14 or s23 or even s24 if you can.

@@lolllll-iy2tp it's smaller than my A13, but it's pretty damn good for what I use it for. Hell of a lot faster too. Mainly YT Shorts, Spotify, and some other misc. apps. Only real issue I have is typing because Im used to a bigger screen. Otherwise, it's fine AND has speakers top and bottom. No headphone jack though. Wireless charging as well!

Yeah that's about my gripes with the phone. Screens smaller so I'm constantly correcting my type-o's and there's no headphone jack. Otherwise, I love it.

My mother has the s21 ultra and thats why i am thinking to get s21 and trust me s21 ultra js way better. And if you want a good phone in 2024 and you have 300-400 dollara just go for it. And if you have 200 dollars go for s21 botbe phones are great
it's still worth it using in 2024. i've been using my s21+ exynos ver. since sept 2022 which i bought directly from samsung website for only U$373 brand new. Battery life last a whole day and camera still takes better photos than the iphone 15.

1:16 I disagree. The S21 Ultra is actually very easy to use with 1 hand. It's tall and narrow. I prefer narrower phones because it's easier to use with one hand and easy to swipe your thumb across the whole screen. Unlike the new wider boxy shaped Ultras that are actually very uncomfortable to hold.

In the UK the s21 5G is not cheap, its still very expensive.
2nd hand s21s are around 200 pounds
As someone who has been using samsung for 13 years now including Gio, S3, S6 Edge, S8, A71 S21, and currently S23 Ultra, The S21 has been the most dissapointing. The battery life was terrible, couldn't really use it with 120hz because of the drainage. My suggestion is that do NOT buy it especially the exynos model
As much as I'm happy with the performance of my snapdragon variant I have to agree with you about the battery life. It's not too reliable
S21 exynos here . Stll getting 5:45 he sot if u know how... EXnoss has a bad modem which consumes a lot of battery when changing 4G or 5G bands. If you lock band you can get up to one and half hours of extra screen on time.
Been an s8 user for 7 years but my phone died few days ago. R.I.P. What's the best S series I should go for? This exynos thing is really worrying. Should I just get S20 fe? and avoid exynos like plague?
Edit: wait, even the s8 uses an exynos? Is it a specific later type exynos that's problematic?
@@junbin3950 Hi, gottq say the s8 was great with exynos! The problem with the newer phones is mainly the power hungry 120hz display. The s20 fe is great value for money but i suggest to buy a s23 since lot of issues have been fixed with these.

Samsung Authorised Service Center asking for 200$ and giving me screen and back glass replacement.
