Service costs so far? I'm owning VW Polo Tdi clocked 1.44 lakh kms and for the past 12 months period I had spent almost 50K INR for parts replacement and maintainence. Not sure how much TSI engine demands for healthy maintainence and I'm planning to upgrade to either Kushaq or Taigun in future.

I have test driven almost every SUVs i was some how couldn’t get the feel I never thought i will buy an sedan. Virtus was not in my list at all.. After it got launched just like that me and friend went for a test drive it gave an amazing feel and comfort wat an engine to drive. Now I am proud owner of Virtus 1.0 AT. Best driving experience and the confidence it gives you is amazing. When ever you take it to the road it gives smiles every time. And what ever you have mentioned in the video is 100% true and genuine.
Definitely in 3-4 years time Sedan may come back in main focus instead of current SUV market. At any time overall Comfortable journey only we can get from Sedan not from SUV. Unfortunately our road conditions forcing us to deselect Sedan.
Last 3yrs im searching for new car, im expecting some features like push button start, keyless entry, riding comport and etc.. I have sort listed some of cars Honda city, Tata nexon, Hyundai Creta, Mahindra XUV300. I like diesel engines so i like above cars but above cars i feeling missing some features and riding comport(except City). I love Honda city from child bcs of driving and look, but one prbm is ground clearance. 1month ago, i went VW and Skoda showroom just check virtus and slavia. compare that slavia i like driving feedback in virtus and virtus mid variant full-fill my requirement(except diesel engine). So after next day i booked Virtus Highline MT. for me that variant is available in stock after one week i took delivery. Riding: Since delivery i completed 2500 KM. Riding experience is very super, engine performance also excellent, breaking, cornering, overtaking is easy. Mileage: in City bumper to bumper traffic im getting 10 to 12 In highways, if cruising 80km, it will return 20kmpl, if cruising 100km, it will return 16 to 18kmpl. I forgot to mention, previously im using indica V2(non turbo diesel), it completed 1.85L km. It was given more driving experience in all roads.
@@srivathsan4486 , No i didn't face any ac issue. if u turn off start/stop system, u will enjoy full ac. Bcs start/stop will cut off ac, only blower works but once cooling is need ECU sense temparature and start the engine automatically.

Bro, ground clearance ok, but another issue with sedans not discussed by anyone is water wading during monsoon season even in city roads. Crossovers, mid suv wade through more easily without flooding the engine. Sedans get stuck usually in knee high water clogging especially in cities like chennai. Your comments on this aspect of sedans, not just speed breakers
Absolutely Sedans are always great to drive !! I had Ford Fiesta ! Later bought duster but was not happy and back to sedan !! All your facts about driving of Sedan felt only by driving enthusiast!! Couldn't agree to you more. I own a Renault Scala RxZ 1.5 dCi. Though it's not a great drivers delight like a Fiat linea / Ford Fiesta - but but but.... I can surely say that, it can easily eliminate all the psuedo SUVs in terms of the driving dynamics..
Bro nice review firstly, I own 2019 tdi and 2021 tsi petrol polo’s, in recent time I had done a test drive of virtus and I agree 1.5 has the Adrenaline rush in power but when you notice the interior quality of materials use is pathetic and you know when you dream of Germans you always have the nostalgia of quality but now i feel that it’s gone and Vw and Skoda’s in upcoming years will settle down equalising to Maruthi’s.
Need to emphasize in all the videos how 1.0 TSI of Volks/Skoda and 1.0 TGDI of Hyundai/Kia is different from all other 3 cylinders engines. People just think these 2 engines as a usual 3 cylinder engines and thinking twice before considering it.
Im owing the same car performance is ultimate, sir you have missed to test the Sport mode (Automatic ) many VW representative also not aware of this mode. U feel like driving a real sports car with same sound n performance 👍

Hi Brother, felt like you stole all of my words in this review. I own this vehicle but MT Highline variant. I've done 8k kms bought on June 24th as my birthday present. Probably mine was the first vehicle in Chennai. From day 1 it brings smile on my face whenever i drive it. Performance is top notch for this 3 cylinder vehicle. There is turbo lag until 2000 rpm but after than BOOM. Economy is I'm getting 12-13 in city and 17-21 in highways with sedate driving. I've done multiple long trips to Bangalore, Yercaud, all I could say is VW delivers the luxury and comfort they promised. But few cons I'd like to say - Android auto connection is worst often, rattling noises when applied emergency brakes and when reversed. For those who are in dilemma with selecting City vs verna vs virtus, guys just throw your penny to this vehicle it will serve you better in my opinion. Looks are show killer ❤️

Superb review. No doubt VW group does make great fun-to-drive cars with exceptional handling characteristics. But only think stopping me is their reliability factor. Also heard that there are lot of issues with AC cooling in the VW 2.0 cars. Otherwise would like to own and experience the driving dynamics.
To my Knowledge the SUVs have become the most popular option due to following: 1. Higher view than a Sedan 2. Flexibility in using the space to use more people or luggage 3. Off-road/bad road drive ability 4. Easy ingress and exit 5. More space for almost similar money Etc

Hi Brother, felt like you stole all of my words in this review. I own this vehicle but MT Highline variant. I've done 8k kms bought on June 24th as my birthday present. Probably mine was the first vehicle in Chennai. From day 1 it brings smile on my face whenever i drive it. Performance is top notch for this 3 cylinder vehicle. There is turbo lag until 2000 rpm but after than BOOM. Economy is I'm getting 12-13 in city and 17-21 in highways with sedate driving. I've done multiple long trips to Bangalore, Yercaud, all I could say is VW delivers the luxury and comfort they promised. But few cons I'd like to say - Android auto connection is worst often, rattling noises when applied emergency brakes and when reversed. For those who are in dilemma with selecting City vs verna vs virtus, guys just throw your penny to this vehicle it will serve you better in my opinion. Looks are show killer ❤️
Hi when u did yercaud or other hills. Was it with 4 adults + luggage ? Did you feel the car had lag or was struggling to climb up ? This was an issue with tiaguan
No at all worth…1.5 ivtec is better….. 1.5l gt can beat 1.5 ivtec…. I own 1l still at

I m intrested and looking for Virtus. But I m confused with buying option whether 1.0 L engine or 1.5L DSG Engine.
Kindly suggest if we continously driving in city traffic..... Then 1.0 L is better or 1.5L DSG..? If 1.0 L is better in city traffic means then what will be the issue with 1.5L DSG Engine in city traffic especially in Chennai traffic...?
Or if we regularly using in highways means then 1.5L is better or what..? In highways 1.0 L engine is not good in permonance...?

Superb review. No doubt VW group does make great fun-to-drive cars with exceptional handling characteristics. But only think stopping me is their reliability factor. Also heard that there are lot of issues with AC cooling in the VW 2.0 cars. Otherwise would like to own and experience the driving dynamics.

1. Higher view than a Sedan
2. Flexibility in using the space to use more people or luggage
3. Off-road/bad road drive ability
4. Easy ingress and exit
5. More space for almost similar money
