One minus in their pricing is, they have a base and it costs around 14.5 and that next model in at 16.5, and a reverse camera starts from the 16.5. When they gave everything thing in that 14.5 they should give that reverse camera atleast as a accessory

1.Adas ( travelling in highway with Adas and cruise control is absolutely lit ❤️. only sedan car with Adas Feauture under 15lakh)
2. Vetch ( refined punchy engine with best reliability)
3. Comfort ( Best comfort on rear seats with best legroom )
4. Mileage (highway -19 to 21kmpl @90-100 km speed, City -9-10 kmpl)
5. Classy look , lower maintenance cost than German cars and resale value

Good insights and clearly explained the Pros and cons of each Sedan... As a City Manual ZX ADAS owner, it is better handling and fuel efficiency like ehev... I got 21 kmpl when I maintained 2k-3k RPM in the highway... which is 80-110 km/ph...😍🤗
VW/ Skoda always best in terms of safety, build quality, handling etc... Its true that old build quality is compromised but they need to deal with the indian market competition ( in terms of mileage and service costs) and not much compromise on safety too. I own a slavia and you get mileage avg 17.6 km/l with moderate foot on the accelerator which is rare with previous VW skoda carS. IMO only thing that they could have done is proper finishing in interior... So lets enjoy driving VWSkoda cars

Car select panratha vida athoda variant select panrathu periya confusion ah eruku. I suggest you to prepare a video like mandatory features to be considered while selecting variant. From my usage I will say - Remote Key, Auto Foldable ORVM, All windows powered, rear AC vent, Rear Wipers and for sure Reverse Parking cameras to be there. I summer feels Ventilated seat is must needed feature. You know better then this if wish post a video for each vehicles. Say from swift to Innova.

why subcompact suv(under 4m) boot space is lesser than sedan under 4m? And is suv bootspace practicality(without folding rear seats) is higher than sedan though smaller in capacity?
I did TD of all these cars except Ciaz. Slavia 1.0 AT is best in all aspects except the features like ADAS. Even it's smooth, powerful, best handling and easy to drive. Bought the Slavia 1.0 AT.
We like sedan, but we frequently travel Hill places. Kindly suggest for best one

Verna 2023 - Red Horse - CVT quite comfortable in city and highways. Millega - 10-12 city, 15-16 Highways
Hyundai is the only manufacturer currently in the market capable of providing 1.5 ltr diesel in this segment. If it were present that would have made a lot of difference. At the same time Honda City's comfortable refined, smooth iVTEC petrol engine and VW/Skoda design, build and its TSI engine has its own uniqueness.

When you buy a car, just get to know how the car would perform after 5 years and after 10 years. The i-vtech is the only engine in the world that performs as well as a new car even beyond 10 years. Go for Honda blindly. You'll never regret it. It is less invasive.

After a consulting call with brother , we decided to go with Honda City V variant facelift . The car mileage more or less what asir brother is saying, if careful driven between 1.5-3k rpm it gives 18kmpl

Turbos as for mileage, it will change how you drive It, all turbos are similar thaan, it you trash it, it will give less mileage.
As for NAs it's more frugal comparatively, even when you trash it, it's not as bad as a turbo,
So since the vw group does not have a NA that's one minus for them.

Verna seems to overtake city and seems to do better, and looks like it's a all rounder can be called a king in features and fit and finish, so a king in that 👑

@@manikantan4809 I bought during covid season boss. In 2021.skoda rapid rider plus variant with rear cam,4yrs service package altogether with 10lks.
I dont know why there is so much hate for verna 2023. It's an amazing overall package for any kind of drivers/family.

But Verna vs Slavia / virtus, I expected Verna to do what the virtus or the Salvia did in the handling segment, but yes they have improved a lot, but they have taken over what city used to be, a neutral type, now people are ready to buy VW Group cars inspite of the precieved reliability issues. And the word handling has travelled well and their sales have improved. And not many like the current face of verna😂😂😂

Own Skoda Slavia 1.5 DSG Style MY24 (Cost more than 23lakhs on road in Dec 2023 and even more now with 60K price increase in 2024 on exshowroom), Odo: 487 Kms
Yesterday I had a drive of about 120 kms within Bangalore city (60% ride on Nice Ring Road and 40% ride within the city with moderate traffic-never went above 3000 RPM as I'm in an engine break-in period)- Average Mileage as shown is Avg. 16.30
Ride/Handling Quality: Exceptional, Power: On-demand, overtaking: even within 3000 RPM just a walk in the park, TSI 1.5+DSG has blown my mind away🤩😍🥳

I test drove, Verna DCT, Creta 1.5 CVT, Seltos Facelift 23 1.5 DCT, Elevate, Verna and Kushaq...Verna I liked, but not as much as I like Slavia/Kushaq for its 1.5 TSI smooth Engine/DSG combo, none of the other vehicles gave me the feel that I got from Slavia/Kushaq(deciding between these 2 was difficult!!!).
Verna (SXO) DCT is the one I liked for its interior, ADAS, and is a feature-rich car, but I hear that the lower variants don't have the quality of its top trim(not sure). This was offered to me for Rs. 20.40 Lakhs on the road in December with a straight discount of 2Lakhs but still, I didn't change my mind for Slavia which cost 3 Lakhs+ more and fewer features...A person like me enjoys driving, after driving the 1.5TSI + DSG combo, I didn't want to miss the fun-to-drive factor of the German cars after owning the Honda Jazz (still with me and I like it for its reliability) for 8+ years and I didn't feel like going for anything within my budget. Both cars are very good highway cars, if you need the best in handling/comfort/smoothness/power/EVO ACT Tech/safety go for VW/Skoda, Features/Interior/killer looks/ a good package of Safety/handling/power/ADAS go for Verna, at the end of the day, it is your choice and the sacrifices that you make.

Very happy with the Vehicle
Advantages:
Stability at high speed [ At bends with 150 stability exceeded my expectations ]
Very very powerful ( More than what you read on Paper )
Yes Virtus and Slavia same specs
But looks wise Slavia was much much better than Virtus
Mileage, if we keep decent discipline while driving mileage in Highway (16/L)
City(12/L)
Disadvantages:
Plastic Quality is not good
Still service needs improvement

Is there any way to add a reverse camera to the base varient? That's what keeping me away, yes I can add it in after market but I dont want to void warranty.

@@people_views it's not about the interiors bro, the interiors are top notch, having driven the Verna extensively I would say it's more to do with the handling, what I felt is Verna is too comfort focused, the suspension was soft and the steering as hyundai tradition was so free, easy to drive in the cities, yes at high speeds it weighs up well, but like the Germans it does not gives you the throw it around the corner feel. It was too vague even though it has the most powerful engine in the segment, where as the vw twins are still about the sharp cuts and creases. So since sedan are bought for handling, maybe driver enthus are going for the sedans, than a so called suvs.

@@sanjeev6921 better than the dct in Verna, yes Verna has more power in the form of 160hp, but I felt the dsg was little more spot on while shifting and acceleration,
Plus the Slavia, virtus was more fun to drive than the Verna.
As for reliability the earlier dsg was a hit or miss, now VW says they have changed the oil grade and worked upon the general life of the gearbox, still I would suggest you to take a extended warranty and do regular maintenance.
General thumb rule is, put the grear in neutral in heavy traffic or signals, accelerate as smooth as possible. To less confuse the clutch, thereby less heat 🔥
In hills try to use paddle shifters.
@@sanjeev6921 plus your have get the cyclinder deactivation tech in the 1.5 tsi for better mileage, engine wise both are equally good, in the end it's the experience that will decide and VW is superb compared to the dct of verna
