Loved the porch. It would be great to put an old fashioned screened door on it and screen the porch in. I think I could spend a ton of time out there with my puppies. The floor plan was cute, but, no doors on the closets I did not like. Shower heads I would replace. Over all very cute. Thanks for showing it.

Floorplan at 2:18. Very livable on the inside. Looks like a cute shotgun house. Disappointed that they've only got a space for a stackable washer and dryer. My state stops them at 14' wide.

Love that porch... The island is great... can't fit that many seats around most. Spacious living room area. I do like the flooring. The 18 ft width makes a big difference. Overall, a very nice home. Like your channel. I'd be glad if you could post a video of some of modular 2BR homes with bedrooms on opposite ends. I rented one once and loved it. Got transferred, and haven't seen any since then. A 2 or 3 BR, 18 or double wide would be excellent...
Not a fan of singles but this wider one is not bad. A big negative is the floor vents in the middle of the floor. The three of them in the living, dining, and kitchen are each in the foot path.
Cullen is adorable lol. Treasure it. They grow so fast. My daughters bd is Nov 8th and she turned 17 🥺 it happens quick. This house was cute. I loved the space and the kitchen setup. Have an amazing week.
Between the front door and the kitchen and in the kitchen needs more windows. Needs a transom window in the bathroom. The walls need to be drywall (sheetrock).
I like the layout, and love the porch. I’m not a fan of the kitchen. There isn’t enough prep area if you like to cook & bake. I would extend the island all the way to the wall. The floor vent right by the stove is going to take a beating. I love the front door location. Love the windows.

The door for the closet is optional, so you can get it standard on a new build.

Do you know of any models that offer handicapped bathrooms. Showers are mainly what I'm interested in.
