Love this video's concepts. It was very helpful to my journey to learn meditation & breathing. I live in NYC. I like to do guided breathing exercises on my way to work, but the City Noises too much sometimes in New York City. I figured out a solution, and it was to combine white noise & guided breathing together in the audio. Now I can just put on my headphones, and I can listen to the breathing rhythm along with some white noise/ music on my way to work. I got to say it has been working really well to reduce my STRESS and ANXIETY so far.
