Никогда не видел что делаю наши шаурмастеры,после смены?Как то раз возвращаясь домой поздно,лично своими глазами видел как он чихал себе в ладонь,а потом эту лодонь об вертел вымазывал,сверху вниз.Еще один раз, тоже поздно,видел как они голыми руками выдавливали свой майонез или сметану из обычных пакетов,при этом все руки в этой жиже,и с пальцев они технично все соскребали в тот же котел.
Это вам не шикарная уличная еда ночной корейской кухни.Но и эту экзотику можно посмотреть ради интереса,скорее всего у них вкусные блюда,натуральные специи,правда упаковка не очень,но желающие перекусить не возражают,иначе газеты бы убрали давно.
Красава , с какой гордостью они подают блюдо на газете ! И весь день на одном корыте жарит , а да , он иногда булочкой вытирает и кому то заворачивает в газетку с собой

Especially fruits, vegetables and meat & fish. We know it's bad for the health so why buy and consume, I guess, an ayurved product packed with newspaper.

A cultura gastronomica da India é muito rica ao meu ver. O problema é que esses vendedores de rua são muito vida loka,é comida enrolada em jornal,mãos sujas nos ingredientes,utensílios usados de qualquer jeito,aí fica difícil.
I agree, also rather have my food mixed with delicious plastic. Those white fluff that comes off plastic gloves, deliciousness of hot food on plastic plates, microplastics in plastic cups.... So clean, so Yumm!

No traigo mucho dinero. Y compro algo economico en la calle. Y bueno. Lo q se compra en la calle. Normalmente no es algo tan saludable. En fin. Hay muchas circunstancias...no hay q juzgar.
