@@xjar not really. A cutter is a modified 4 seamer, it's thrown the exact same as a 4 seam with a slight ball rotation which gives it a late glove side break. A sinker (especially this style) runs 1 seam like he shows and it drops and runs arm side.

it's a good option is you have a flat and/or Inefficient 4 seam or you just want a pitch to miss barrels vertically.
