He 1st tried to get Ciri to do it but she rightfully and straightforward refused to have any part of it BUT she did smell the vile that he wanted her to give to the king the next time she whent too the king she noticed something was wrong with him. He started rambling, even called Laura Doran. And told her he was sorry then she pick up the vile the king had drunk, they knew who had given it to him later on when Ciri was on the canoe Eaden, told her he had given it too the king claiming it was an aphrodisiac to help him with well he’s duty if you know what I mean just as he was about too attacker she said to him I don’t think you will fit under the bridge just as he turned around, he was knocked off the canoe and trim that point he started too chance her
