U may need a few rounds of tube cleaning before it clears out all the debris.

Hello, may I ask how does the powder work? How come the debris does not come out while we are doing laundry, but come out magically after you put the powder?
I'm not a chemist but it should have some substance like vinegar and baking powder that does the magic

The cleaning of the brown residue is very tough… very dirty and hve to wipe all out right?
U need to wipe it out immediately, or else once it dried, it will be very hard to remove

Close it, some washing machine would halt the process if its no closed

I have the exact same machine, the brown flakes keeps ending up on my clothes 😪
You need to do a few rounds of cleaning to fix the problem. Or get an expert that can dismantle to perform a thorough deep cleaning.
What cycle did u leave it to open and the water still inside??
1 cleaning cycle (with the Daiso powder), left it soaked for 6 - 8 hours, continue to remove all the water, manual clean it (remove all the debris) then performs 1 cycle tube cleaning with normal water and manually clean it again (remove all the debris)
is the Eco tub clean cycle alone not enough?
Nope. There are some stubborn debris needs chemicals to clean
During waiting time for 5 to 6 hours can we close the power supply or just leave it on?
The soaking time? I turned off the washing machine power. Then resume after that.

It called washing machine drum cleaner. You should able to find it at Daiso, Mr. DIY or your country dollar store
The water is small, you better use a king kong barrel to meet your water needs

Instead of restart all over, I switch to rinse which the machine would drain out all the water

Not really, I need to do 2 rounds of cleaning and remove the debris manually.
I bought this powder at daiso too. All the black stain came out like yours eventhough I use it twice a month. But it's hard to empty the dirt, I have to restart the function (wash) again and again until sometimes more than 10 times then only I discovered it cleaned....wash & drain wash & drain repeatedly more than 10 times. .. (eventhough I wipe the dirt each time finished draining still the dirt will appear when I continue second wash , third wash, forth wash and so on until many times then the dirt is lesser & clean.) Do you have any suggestions so that I can just wash and drain one time only?
It will not be completely clean unless you dismantle the drum for cleaning. You may have 2 rounds cleaning which should clear off some of the specks of dirt
I've done a lot of research. Unless you periodically clean your machine from the time you buy it, the only way to truly clean the drum, is to dismantle the machine, take out the drum, and SCRUB the outside of the drum. All the gunk sticks to the outside of the drum, and it builds up to the point when the gunk starts coming off in pieces in various sizes and infiltrates to the inside of the drum and these pieces stick on your laundry.
By the time you see these pieces of gunk, it is generally too late to clean the outside of the drum effectively by just using cleaners and cleansers. There are many you tube videos showing us what the outside of a dirty drum looks like
why cant you just let the machine flush it?

6 hrs or 6+6= 12 hrs?
Depends on how dirty is the first clean, I normally soak it overnight for about 6 hours, then I'll do the cleaning.

You did not mention that you have to use hot water when using this cleaning powder.....
Not all washing machine has hot water feature including mine. It works with normal water as well

Very dirty washer ..indeed .but the best way is remove the bottom layer of the washing machine and clean it .there are screw attached .

I do it with bleach, this product seems to be more effective compare to bleach.
What type of bleach do u use?
Don't use bleach as it may damage plastic in your washing machine
