I love the shots in front of your closet, they have great light and a super cute background, and I love the timelapse of you putting on and fixing the outfit, you should film the entire video like that instead of on selfie mode!
Loved the styling! I think the light wash totally worked on Day three's outfit...the light wash was a nice contrast to the dark colors. Thanks for the video!
Susanna May Aw thanks! Actually they are old Forever 21 (before I stopped shopping there) so I was unable to find them. I linked the other ones because it was the most similar I could find. ❤️
Kim N Thanks! Yeah monochromatic is pretty fun to experiment with! It kind of makes it easy to make a cool outfit when you just have to grab everything in the same color.
I love your channel! I buy lots of second hand pieces but have trouble putting them together. I'm really inspired by your style, thanks for giving me some tips! Xxx
Just discovered you channel today thru a recommendation listing on the right of my screen. Like your style and the items that you thrift. And I also appreciate the change to what you initially was going to wear for the day. That is totally different and fresh. I will be subscribing. FYI Don't give us too much in one video. lol Followers we get spoiled and expect nothing less. Thanks for sharing and continued blessing in 2019.
Vanessa Vega Thank you! I got the pants for $5 at a flea and just had to add a button! The top was a Crossroads purchase and they just happened to be the same color! 🧵💙
Liked and subscribed! Definitely understand that need for encouragement to keep making videos as a new TH-camr. I really do hope you keep making videos. I only thrift shop for all my clothes and love to watch people who do the same, and how they style outfits.
Jocie Jara Aw Thank you! Yes that’s why I started making videos because I was really into watching them myself! Now when I make a video I just think “what would I want to see?” It helps! 😋
Can't wait to see some warmer weather/summer ootds! Recently found your channel, your videos are so calming and I love you style. Keep up the good work! :-)
Wow I just found your channel! I love your style and your approach to fashion. You seems like a lovely person :) do u have closet organization tips too? Loving your content!! woo!
Love this!! Would love to know what size your chore jacket is (and how tall you are); I'm looking at a few on ebay and hoping to purchase :) Thanks for the great content!
I love the style of the jacket from day 3. That silhouette is something i would 100% war whether its a teddy bear jacket or not. I have such a thing for weird jackets. Also could you style more outfits with long skirts and graphic tees? Im obsessed with that whole look honestly. Also, you're a flourist? Thats so cool. Im still trying to figure out what the hell i want to do with my life, I'm a little lost. Whats it like, do you like it? How does one become a flourist? Is it super difficult to find work? Im honestly really curious.
Tara Taillon Yes the silhouette is what first attracted me to the coat to begin with. I feel like it’s hard to find this silhouette under $200. I’d LOVE to do more long skirt T-shirt looks! Probably when summer rolls around I’ll try to do more. Love that you are vibing with that style right now! It inspires me to come up with some looks! Yes Im a florist! I love it more than any other job I’ve had. I studied fashion design in college but kind of lost my passion along the way and ended up doing random things for work after college. I had no floral experience but my manager took a chance on me since I had a design background and a love/knowledge of plants. I love that it is hands on work. It’s creative too and very therapeutic to work with plants all day. But also it is a customer service job so you can get annoyed sometimes. It’s also not super glamorous. There’s a lot of lifting heavy buckets, washing vases, sweeping, taking out trash, and other chores. I enjoy being on my feet all day though instead of in front of a computer all day long. My suggestion to you is to try freelancing first. You can get experience helping people with weddings and see if you like it. It might be grunt work at first but you can get your foot in the door that way and build on your experience. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!
Tiny Acorn Wow thank you so much! I’m actually looking into what it takes in my area. I’m really not sure. Being so lost is so frustrating. Everything I consider just doesn’t spark anything in me. I don’t really know much about plants but I REALLY want to. I started gardening for the first time last summer but my plants drowned in a rain storm so I’m not sure how to avoid that this year, and i dunno. I love nature, it’s part of my philosophy to respect and work with nature. It could be something that I’d really enjoy doing. I just have so much to learn.
Tara Taillon Aw sounds like me! I’ve tried a lot of different things but always felt frustrated that I couldn’t focus on one thing like some other people. It’s okay though. I think many more people are like us then we realize and it’s ok! I’ve tried to see it as just different seasons in my life that I learned something valuable from. Eventually you will find something that really clicks with your lifestyle and brings you joy. Maybe you should try working at a plant nursery if you love plants. Or try WOOFing (working on an organic farm in another country). If you wanted to try floristry you could take classes at a city college or just search on Craigslist (not sure if you have this website where you live) for people looking to hire freelance florists for weddings and see if you can get some experience that way. ❤️❤️❤️
You have a closet packed full of clothes....reworked pieces my foot!!!!! Even thrifting costs money.......you have way more to work with than most!!!!!Give me a break!!!!
Haha you may be more into people who do capsule wardrobes. They only use like 30 pieces a season and pack everything else away until the next season. I have a pretty standard sized closet and I have kept the same pieces for years and years and definitely have had to find new ways to wear them. Yes thrifting costs money, but it is the cheapest way to get new pieces into your wardrobe.
LOVE the vintage sweater at 5:00!! OMG, so much!! But really everything looks fantastic. What a great style you have!
I love the shots in front of your closet, they have great light and a super cute background, and I love the timelapse of you putting on and fixing the outfit, you should film the entire video like that instead of on selfie mode!

Aw thank you! Closet organization tips..... Organize BY COLOR and type of clothing. Coats, dresses, tops, and skirts.
Love this!! Would love to know what size your chore jacket is (and how tall you are); I'm looking at a few on ebay and hoping to purchase :) Thanks for the great content!
