I use it with cotton pad! Soak the pad with toner.
And put it on your face for 3-4 minutes.

Saw lots of familiar names (Romand, Clio, Peripera, Cosrx) probably mostly due to this channel. Do not fret about the music we missed, the voice over was perfect in tone, speed and obviously info. I would enjoy a tutorial/opinion on the Piccasso makeup spatula. I can only speak for myself, but mostly I apply make up with my fingers and only rarely use sponges or brushes
(well except for mascara and brow products).
