All they had to do with the old one is Change the tail lights, add the 12 screen and fully digital gauge. They would had saved in redesigning everything and would had please consumers.
don't worry I just watched a Raiti's rides review and he said the sport comes in a few trims, & the car he had, had leather seats but it costs $35k😵. At least $30-32K would of been nice but ig everything is a tad bit more expensive nowadays after the pandemic (like the house market & stuff)
Super hard to find that color. I want a 2021-2022 2.0t Touring in white, but most dealerships want $36k even if they have 30k miles on them. I am waiting and will buy when the price comes down more.
I just bought a 2022 Honda Accord sport exactly like the one in this video and for the life of me I do not understand why they took away some of the best design features on the 2023 model.
One thing that will happen with the 2023 newly introduced honey comb air ducts is that dust will accumulate in the crevices which will result in a dusty appearance noticeable on the black honey combs. Owners will need a small detail brush to occasionally brush off the dust when cleaning interior.
I prefer the 10th gen looks than this 11th gen. Sporty look and like the way it looks. I had the 10th gen on a black sport 2.0T and my neighbor had the 11th gen on a red sport. I wasnt fan of the 11th gen seeing it in person.
I test drove a 2023 touring last week. I have been leasing since the 8th gen and the 11th GEN definitely feels slower and less sporty. Ride is softer and acceleration is slower than my 10th GEN hybrid touring. I may be done with the Accord unfortunately 😢.
?? You must’ve drove a 1.5T then, because the 2023 hybrid is just as quick as the 10th gen hybrid. And no, it’s not softer. It literally has a firmer suspension setup and yields higher lateral G’s in road holding….
@@SIIKAP1 No I definitely drove the touring. Idk it felt a bit more sluggish to me and more body roll during turns. I should have played around with it more and turned on sport mode.
if they did similar wheels it would have been a homerun. I've had both models and my biggest complaint with the new one is for sure the wheels. they're not ugly, they're just not jaw dropping the the previous generation. I mean I was seeing those wheels on Lexus in the hood at some point haha.
Theres going to be backlash from car enthusiasts that want the 2.0 turbo engine with manual transmission or ten speed that they dropped from thier lineup ,the accord with this engine was essentially a more affordable version of the type r.this gen so far is a major let down ,but I'd prefer this over the previous gens cvt and 1.5t by now the all the reliability issues would have been ironed out
All they had to do is change the rear lights and do new interior and bring back led fog lights that’s it. They mess this up. Good for me though I do t have to get the new one. I like mine better
@@alvinsimba734 hey! It's annoying how car companies state that certain vehicles don't sale. Clearly the 1.5 sold more than the 2.0 due to price. Who likes spending additional money? Also it didnt make since to add more features to the 2.0 and not the 1.5. Rear passenger still deserve vents and a moonroof.
So the dated looking, half analog display looks newer than the fully digital and customizable display? Why you people cope so hard to the point of delusion is beyond me.
I like the 23 interior but not the seats and the steering wheel and exterior of the 22 looks so much better the new one looks kinda bland it looks like this emoji 🤓
The older one is a hotter car. The 23 is ok. My biggest complaint is that is it horse power has gone back to 1999 when the ex had a v6 with 200hp. Whats going on
2023 is vastly improved. No ugly C pillar. Dodge charger front bumper. Hideous crab claws from the odyssey on the rear. Bravo honder 👏 But the 9th gen still looks classy on the road til this very day. And offers a REAL V6 unlike the TurD crap under the hoods in base trim. Then again there's always a camry out there with a 301 HP V6 RED LEATHER. AND PANO ROOF😇😁
The reason I won't trade in my 10th Gen Touring for a new accord is simply the CVT!!! They are gawd awful noisey! I love my Accord but I will be going to another manufacturer.
That rear bumper is looking saggy. But my mom’s accord has a lot of interior rattles already, which really surprised me. Hopefully the new one doesn’t do that
I'm not a fan of the new Accord, it looks ok I guess a little bit generic but better in person as I sat in one. I was never a fan of the previous generation either I just like the interior that's it. I don't like interior of the new Accord other than the roominess. It's too much like the civic and just looks like the designers just gave up and said let's just copy and take the easy way out. Give me the 2017 Honda Accord V6 touring with the 2020 Accord interior and now it's hott!
they tried to bring out the 2023 one with accessories added to the exterior lmaoooo and still doesn’t light a candle to the 2022 one. The headlights & rims of the 2022 are way better. The taillights of the 2023 are nice & the interior dash layout. Guys they face lifted the Sonata! and the Camry is upcoming . This isn’t it .
I like the rearend of the 23 better but the front end on 22 better
The older 1 looks like the newer one tbh
😂 that’s what I said
All they had to do with the old one is Change the tail lights, add the 12 screen and fully digital gauge. They would had saved in redesigning everything and would had please consumers.
The taillights on the 10th gen are sexy af. TF
its out there already even a lightbar aftermarket version for the 10th gen
Exactly my thought
THANK YOU!!!!
Thank you! Their job was simple. Created one of the ugliest modern day cards I've seen. They blew it
2022 mold looks nicer than 2023
the same happens to the civic
Me having the 2022 sport 2.0t, I definitely choose that over the 23.
The new generation accord is going to do so bad that they'll be forced to do a mayor refresh for the 2025 model, mark my words.
It is possible, let’s see what happens.
With the new generation I only like the exterior. Hate the interior and them making it cheaper. Not a fan at all.
Refresh doesn’t come until 2026. They go 3 years with the new bodystyle and then 2 more years with a refresh before the next generation come out.
@@Saturdayz_In_The_Fallyeah but if sales are low, they’ll redesign much sooner. They did that with ugly civic back in 2012 I think.
totally agree!
that particular trim looks better than the old one but id still pick a 2022 with the 2.0 10 speed.
They did major cost cutting with the new one! The new sport trim now comes with cloths seats, compared to the old one doesn’t make sense
don't worry I just watched a Raiti's rides review and he said the sport comes in a few trims, & the car he had, had leather seats but it costs $35k😵. At least $30-32K would of been nice but ig everything is a tad bit more expensive nowadays after the pandemic (like the house market & stuff)
i believe the trim level he had was the ''Sport L'' trim, i'm guessing the L means leather
The old sport had cloth seats too…. there was leather bolstering. But the seat part is cloth
You are right
The old sport was cloth/fake leather. That fake vinyl leather isn't premium material. Cloth is way more long lasting than that fake leather crap.
from the front / from the side...old version. from the back/inside...the new version, and it looks perfect
I love them both... I may buy this new one to go with my 21
Put the older front on the newer one and it’s a deal!
If a Passat and Taurus had a kid…
10 gen is the best looking inside and out 👍
I think 10th gens exterior is way better but the 11th gens interior is way better than the 10th.
Nope 10th rear looks so outdated😢
Must have the 2.0t. Bought ‘22 2.0t this week in sonic gray pearl. Love it!

I am asking the same questions.
@@carsandmore_us Why would a company want to take ten steps backwards......I don't get it!!
Seeing them side by side, I like the new one better than the only one except for the wheels. I saw a touring in person and I must say, it is nice.
2022 looks much better.
Both dealerships in my area haven't sold one. If wanting one of these wait till October with average $5k off
Old one looks more sportier
I used to have 2018 sport 2.0t
Very fun fast and roomier
Thank you for your effort.

Did they improve the keyless fob security design in 2023 Accord?
How do you go backwards in design?
Great question

I only liked the new large and slim LED screen.
All the new accord sport needs is the front and rear bumper. Then it’s look a lot better
I like the older interior, new exterior and wheels.
The new one is growing on me more everyday.
How many spec variant does Honda accord have to offer
New one does not have fog lights and for that, I AM OUT
3:28 oh no the HPD (Honda Police Department) 😂😂😂😂
The back looks newer and more up to date. Think they need to redesign the front grille though…need a sportier design for it.
2022 looks alot better, i have not met one person who says the new accord looks good, not one!
Man they really did fuck up the 2023 Accord. Not even rear vents?!? The higher ups at Honda are stupid af.
The only thing that I like on the new accord sport are the rims! That’s about it.
the tail lights on the 2023 accord looks similar to the 2021 Sentra
The front looks like Ford Fusion...

The design of the new one makes it look smaller compared to the old one.
old one looks so much better honda whyyyyyy
I keep asking the same
Agreed. This is not even close. Only thing better on the 2023 is probably the rear taillights
2022 rear design is horrible
They look similar old is just faster, more power. New one is legit 46 miles to the gallon in the city.
Disagree.
All they had to do is change the rear lights and do new interior and bring back led fog lights that’s it. They mess this up. Good for me though I do t have to get the new one. I like mine better

The Guage cluster looks more modern on the 10th gen, they didn't black out the borders on the new one and it looks straight out of the early 2010's.

It is a dealer demo for the newly released models. Not for sale for a while for customers to see and test drive. But, after a while they sell it.

Yes, Accord sport don’t have. There is an additional Accord Trim called SPORT L, it has leather seats.
Should've compared the 2023 to the 2022 2.0 Sport. Not the base sport.
