    Hey I love the stretches that you did In this video I was wondering if you could do another video with your lovely voice over so we could follow along without having to hold the phone in our hand. Overall I love your videos and hope for more. This is awesome and excited to keep practicing with your video

    This is super helpful! I just found out i'm gonna be a mommy again, so i'm trying to get more flexible for when it's time the deliver so I can have a natural birth 🎉

    So how long do I gotta do this to actually be able to do the splits. I struggled through that whole thing so I imagine it won't be anytime soon.

      Trust me, it actually will come sooner than you think! ♥️♥️I say practice once a day, for about at least 10 min or so before bed. With consistency, give it about 10-12 months!

    This wasn't easy at all, I felt it went kind of fast and you didn't explain the poses. Really nice video for people who know the poses though!
