@@AriannaElizabeth I have recently decided to focus on learning inversions & arm balances. I’ve been working on crow pose for a few weeks but still haven’t mastered holding the pose. Had my husband and daughter who’ve never done yoga try and they can hold it no problem 🤦🏼♀️ I decided to switch it up and add in headstand this week. Hopefully I’ll get them both down soon and move foreword to other inversions and arm balances. 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Beautiful and Elegant. Go my black sista
normal headstand is telling me i need to work on my core. thank you!

Amazing! I hope I can have a head stand
This was so fun! It helped me correct all the little mistakes that made it difficult to do.
Ahh! Yay! So glad to hear it 🥰
Brilliant work 🔥
I'm in tripod but need to work it on more to get smooth and flexible like you ma'am.
You’re an inspiration for me to do some more yoga!!
Aww thank you I’m so happy to hear it!!! ♥️♥️
Thank you for sharing this.
i have a little question -- which mat are you using here? It appears wider/ bigger than standard..
Oh it’s just a regular mat! My wide angle lens makes it appear wider :)
Do you have a full class (anywhere from 25-45 minutes) that will help those of us that don’t have headstand yet, build up towards it?
I don’t think I do but I can surely make one!!!
