I received the dwc everest 2 black today. It is flawless. I regret not ordering the blue as well ( i did not want to because never had any previous item from this brand ).

I received my Everest 2 black as well . In person the watch case looks tiny on my 6.5 inch wrist .. after wearing for few hours I’m getting used to it ✌🏼
@@im_godsnt3280 i have 7.2 inch wrist 😀. I believe with age i started liking smaller watches more. Small watches used to bug me as feminine 10 years ago, feels classy now with a jubilee bracelet. I loved the finishing and the weight of the watch. Better finishing than my diver style HMT Varchas
sir, vayu 3.0 k ware main app ka kya oppinion hey & will it fit on my 6.5 inch wrist?
The only thing that bugged me were the hands of this watch they look too slim in proportion of the dial I would love if they would have placed sword hands or any other hands with some width on it, and according to my knowledge they are gonna release the same version of vayu 2.0 in July as they release their watches in batches hopefully I am wrong and they do make some changes in the upcoming vayu...

same opinion, the dial looks a little bit empty, just a tiny bit font size increase or maybe making them a bit bold, and changing the hands to a thicker one with maybe white coloured seconds hand will make the vayu perfect
What will be the life span of this watch, according to you..?

Today I received my Everest II 360/2000 . In person the watch case looks tiny on my 6.5 inch wrist .. after wearing for few hours I’m getting used to it ✌🏼.

I'll recommend you to add a green canvas strap to your collection, khaki and olive green look best look best on the vayu
One more info, the next sale on vayu most probably is a restock rather than any updated version. However I am not sure on this, we will get more information when the company announces about it on their instagram.

Recently got into watches & ur channel is a great companion in this journey. One request, plz give suggestions/video on watches with whitish dial, silver casing and golden hands i.e. looks like a DWC Everest. I didn't have any savings left for my fancy but after watching how it went out of stock in a zippy, I started having regrets. DWC make good watches but they are quite shrewd. Hope they bring out more units for sale, atleast once in a quarter.

Is Vayu 2.0 value for money at 8,000 rupees? Coz i am considering to buy vayu 3.0 or 2.0 when launch in July
I suggest you wait for 3.0, it is expected to be with any facelift dial.
Vayu 2.0 vs vostok amphibia in same price range, which is better
It depends on your requirements, Vayu with Seiko NH35 movement offers better accuracy, power reserve of 41hrs, sapphire crystal and 100m water resistance. DWC is a microbrand and less known across the world.
Vostok movements are not as good as SEIKO in terms of accuracy, power reserve is 31hrs, acrylic crystal, but it is a diver watch with 200m water resistance. Vostok has fan following across the globe and in terms of brand value, certainly they are ahead.
DWC offers 1 year warranty support in India but Vostok will not have any warranty support available in India.
So choose what suits your requirements.
This is my first automatic watch. I am very happy with this watch. 😊😊

I got my hands on this limited collection.Loved DWC when they opted for New NH35 movement.
Only complaint was they could have given day & date complication yet why they omitted this god knows. Otherwise it would have been a perfect timepiece.

thats a design choice , they took inspiration from the dirty dozen watches which also dont have date/day window, i know it would have added to the functionality, but it will also ruin the symmetry in the design, so design is subjective over all and there are people who will choose either type of design

1. This Boderry Voyager, so light on wrist and Titanium case and Sapphire crystal makes it a rugged watch.
2. DWC Vayu 3.0 releasing in last week of July, will be same features as Boderry except Titanium case. It comes with patriotic theme and your father might love it too
3. Vostok Amphibia 38mm case versions, great built quality and you can get it at as low as 7k. Comes with 200m WR.

Vayu will be a clear winner in my opinion 😉

See both features the same.movement.. so spec wise no problem
Design is subjective from people to people . They both are different styles of watch. one is a flieger and the second one is a dressier everyday watch
Coming to material quality, on paper it's the same, but the one has hands on experience will be a better judge
Take a call.. my personal choice is Vayu, but that's because that design is missing in my collection
It's just about preference of individuals. I personally like medium size watch for small wrist. So Everest is better for me. But vayu 2.0 is also better. Specially bcz of its lug width 20mm which is making this watch a strap monster and you can experiment different type of strap.
