I know all of you want me to make a video on Argos Apollo III automatic and give my opinion on it, I have requested Argos to send me a review copy but I am yet to hear back from them, so I will make the video if they send me a review copy.
A small request, if you got the review unit from them then mentioned it in the video . & Give honest review as always.
@@Xi_Jing_ping this was purchased by my hard earned money, the only review piece received was Boderry Voyager and I have declared that at the very beginning in the video.

argos definitely nailed the dial design, if they are trying to target slightly premium segment they can take the DWC route and use new seiko/miyota movements

Good video bhai , Bhai brush finish mein scratches dikhte nahi or glossy mein jaldi dikhte hai but watch looks beautiful or Traditional wear I mean kurta ,sherwani, jodhpuri pe must dikhegi.....

I like their designs and their marketing is really good.
but I still think they have priced it very premium. After 40% of 5936 and other colors are around 7K
I think If they should have priced it around 4K or even slightly under 4K
Everything is great but pricing is bad for Indian Market

Pricing is definitely an issue with Argos considering refurbished movement and Hesalite. The strap may be of better grade but something doesn't add up to make it a bang for buck!!
The Retail MRP is definitely off the charts and the price after 40 % discount should be the actual MRP
Since HMT has spiked the price of their mechanical, this does become an alternative at the similar pricing. While the HMT 0231 is not a great movement but the swiss movement mentioned here doesnt guarantee reliability
The gold casing definitely is an eye catcher along with excellent dial but this feels more of a collectors item rather than someone actually going to get a watch especially in Indian Market

I recently found out that they use refurbished movement inside the watch. It’s shocking that we are essentially paying 6K for a second hand watch. I have just placed an order for their automatic small seconds watch. Let’s see if they have improved their quality.

Today i received my Apollo 3 watch, in this version they have really improved many things in the watch like the crystal is now sapphire coated mineral crystal, movement used is brand new seagull small seconds movement and also they're providing an option of unlimited warranty at some extra cost. Overall I'm really satisfied with the watch

Sir, did you replace the strap. It's unbelievable that even after 3 months of use that strap has no signs of wear and tear. It's even making me think whether you even wore that watch for a week, lol.
I did not use the stock strap at all, I have picked a vintage series strap from CNS which I combine with the watch - hence the strap looks brand new. TBH - as my collection size is 80+, each wach gets max wrist time of 4 - 6 days in 3 months - and you are right with your observation. One thing that I was doing - I was keeping the watch is running condition each day in the 3 month period.
They have not decrease the price but infact it has increase by around 2500/-
Dial design looks like HMT Janata. Even case design also looks the same. They should design more dials.

Go for the Apollo 3, it's a well made watch
I bought one and cheated. The watch was not moving within 24 hours. They said, they will replace the watch but they didn't. They sent me the same non working watch. People should not buy this watch.

I don't think there's any automatic watch available in Seiko for 15k or less. If there's any please specify I would like to know.

Aap thoda english phrases galat use kar rahe ho, call out karna ek negative sense deta hai. Iska matlb hota hai kisi ki galti ya kami nikaalna.
