We have two goals on this channel. Provide useful information about Elon Musk and his related businesses and provide some context to the Tesla stock story as it relates to the economy, the macro, the fundamentals, and the technicals.
I have written 10 books about small business, several of which are currently available on Amazon, including two Amazon Best Sellers about Elon Musk. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
He's a very smart guy. Love his charts & deep dive analysis. I'm Cern's big fan.❤
I think the only logical conclusion is to make Danny Devito the new Fed chair...
CERN💪❤
I like the cartoons CERN uses. 😂
Both of you... Superb 👍👍
Brilliant.
Brilliant you both 😮🎉
The Canada connection with Tesla is now off the hook. Cern, Herbert Ong, Yashu Sharma, Curious Pejjy, Matt Pocius, Mark @ and probably others.
What do you mean??
I lived in Canada for ten years!
US automotive sales have started crazy strong for 2024 whilst Tesla sales have plunged so no, this is the opposite of what has played out at least so far this Year. That might change with Cybertruck but so far despite truly amazing demand and fantastical pricing getting product to market still remains a challenge for Tesla let alone final sale. Both Ford and Rivian have maintained far more modest goals and this has proven out to be the best approach to pure play BEV.
Yay!!!! Let’s go…
Thinking of credits as funding expansion is the wrong way to think of it. I have to believe that those investments are entirely independent. If it was wise enough, they'd even take on debt.
Credits are funding the war chest. It is free money that goes into cash and bolsters the financial health of the company and the ability to weather a storm. It's useful, but it's adding to a cash pile. If laws change and credits dry up I expect zero to change on expansion plans, but free cash flow will be impacted, as well as cash reserves.
Obviously the balance and income statement will be impacted, but really the major impact is on the market's perception of the firm's financial health through the size of the cash pile in a capital intensive industry.
I agree. I just like to point out how much of Tesla's cap ex. the credits have funded - because why not look at how much of your factories your competition has paid for?!
Amazing
Still have GTC open Limit buy orders 24/7 to buy TSLA at $148.01.
Will it ever hit? Hell if I know.
But huge open gaps are always filled in short order.
Just buy & hold
@@summerbreeze5115that’s what they are doing. That’s the Buy. Then not selling it is the Hold. But agree. DCA wins.
As an employee, what you do not want to hear, if there are massive layoffs ongoing: the company's HR Executive is leaving. Tesla layoffs may be much, much bigger than publicly announced.
One layoff is hard. But two or more layoffs are really hard on employee moral.
Cern lives in NZ
No, but I was born there.
@@CernBasher I have lot of former coworkers from NZ and Australia from my international school teaching days ... Canada
No, he is a financial advisor in US. He was born a kiwi.
Less braking, longer range. (Elon genius)
Elon will stop laying off people when he sees it affects Tesla.
Elon does more to fight inflation than all the criminals in government.
Love the charts and analysis, but stop using that surprise imoji Randy.
For my money Cern is a top hitter, I'm game for any podcast he's a guest on hands down, Randy on the other hand not so much, his laughter sometimes kind of irritates me...
