I'm not sure, but I haven't completed an AM2R Rando yet.
I really like this thing, it makes you reuse and explore the same game. And it always surprises you
Depends on the mode of all random items or just the upgrades eg morph ball etc. and not the missile tanks
I intend to one day complete.
I know how to unlock Random you just have to pass the normal game and then it is unlocked I hope it helps you😅

Man this playthrough must've been painful to endure, with the rng being ass. 24 minutes in and almost no progress due to missing morph bombs.
